Had the South west Salad, it was tasty. Would have preferred the chicken on the salad to be warm but it was good. Staff was nice and friendly.

so being fully honest, before visiting this McAllisters, i did not like McAllisters! i went out of necessity yesterday and tried something small just to give them another chance. i’m so glad i did! the service was 10/10, the staff was so polite and handled all of my extra requests without even a flinch. the baked potato was much yummier than i remember and i ate the whole thing. i would recommend this location specifically to anybody looking for a positive place to enjoy lunch, will be returning!

Only giving this 2 stars because the food was good.
Waited 45 min for a mobile order. It was dead in there….kinda like the apparent souls of the workers. Never seen so many miserable people working.
Lots of dirty tables.

The McAlister’s club sandwich was quite good! However, my side of fruit was frozen to the point where my teeth hurt from eating them. My boyfriend’s order with Mac and cheese seemed much better. The sandwich really hit the spot, though, as I’d been craving bread and meat for a bit.
When we came back, I got the spicy southwest chicken sandwich. Mac and cheese is probs the best side. The sandwich was good! Just not as spicy as I hope for. But lots of good stuff—corn, avocado, etc. Enjoyed it well enough.
The food was okay! I got a sweet and smoky chicken sandwich. I wish it came with more vegetables, but the BBQ sauce was tasty. Their lemonade is really good, too.
The employees didn’t seem very happy, hence the four star review. It was also a tad chilly in the restaurant. Music was okay, ambiance just seemed like typical fast food restaurants. There were a lot of tables left uncleared, too.

Whenever we are in the area we stop in if it’s meal time. Staff is consistently attentive and helpful. Food is always good and the Spuds are definitely generous! We always have leftovers. Today we had a teenager with us & we gave them choices of where to dine – they always choose this McCalisters location.

No French fries? Okay, but then if you’re going to up-charge me for the Mac and cheese can you at least have it hot? I ate it as soon as it was done and it was barely warm almost room temp / cold. I watched this girl sit and talk to this guy for 10 minutes doing nothing while everyone around her was busy. We call those customers Chatty Kathy’s in sales .. need to learn how to get them on with their day so you can get back to work and help your team…

We liked the food alright. The ingredients were all fresh and the employees were nice. There weren’t clean tables when we got there unfortunately so we had to clear one ourselves. The food was alright. The chicken salad sandwhich was good but had a strange texture, and the berry pecan salad was good but the dressing was really bad tasted like watered down jam.

Very friendly staff but the quality of the food has dropped over the years but the price just keeps increasing. I can’t justify $17+ on a lukewarm sandwich with way too much sauce.

Dead flies in the window. Bathroons need attention. Air vents need to be cleaned. No napkins. Tea was meh. They can do so much better.

This McAlister’s deli location is really has giving off the impression of Russian roulette, you never know when you’re going to get quality food or food that’s barely digestible especially when you’re paying top dollar for a deli sandwich. I’m not only disappointed in the quality of food I received but I chose this restaurant to be my dinner and was highly disappointed to the highest degree, I guess they were rushing being they were about to close in the NEXT HOUR. I arrived 50 minutes before closing , it wasn’t busy from what I can tell because I seen only 4 guests dining in & I was THE ONLY PERSON STANDING AT THE COUNTER WAITING TO PLACE AN ORDER SO my FOOD SHOULD NOT BEEN BURNED, ESPECIALLY ORDERING THEIR SIGNATURE MCALISTERS KING CLUB. The BREAD WAS BURNED VERY BADLY. I guess they dont care what is being served as long as they feel they can get away with it. QUALITY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS DEFINITELY NOT AT THE FORE FRONT OF THE BUSINESS. I would not have served that to ANYONE. Definitely a POOR EXPERIENCE…
