Long time customers, we wish we had a location closer to us. Food has always been pretty consistent and a good variety to choose from. The service at our last visit was great. The person who took our order was pleasant and she did it all with a smile. The restaurant is kept very clean as well.

The women taking our order made us feel rushed and almost upset that we were inside during operating hours to order food. Then as I watched, I noticed the expo just tossing food over the handoff counter causing the boxes to open as they hit with great impact. Then they are openly talking about how they messed up orders that should have been to go or dine-in. Honestly, I wasn’t impressed with the lack of professionalism for food that doesn’t stand out to me.

Soup wasn’t as hot as I wanted it to be and cheese sauce for the potato was a Rotella which was not what I expected.
Zahara was fabulous, wonderful customer service & beautiful personality. All the staff was friendly.
Update 7/1/25 I came in with about 15 minutes before closing. The staff were still accommodating. Jessica is Awesome!! She was very delightful and I hope you get a chance to meet her when you stop in.

I got charges for having ONE dressing on the side. I know the sandwich is out on the tray. The salad should not be. The soup is in a cup. The salad should be in a plate even if it is a paper plate. Now I am surprised you don’t have soup spread out in tray too. I asked for refund. However they said could only give me a cookie instead. The manager did not bother coming over. If I wanted a cookie I would have got one. I have been there many times but this is the last time.

I went to this location yesterday for the first time in a few years (couldn’t wait ) for my lunch break to get a loaded spud with extra green onions. Only to get back to work and didn’t have my extra green onions and NO sour cream . Although the cashier was a delight and MOD was visible during my visit.

Tried to order coffee on a cold rainy day. “We don’t have coffee,” was the reply. So, I opted for hot tea. “No, we don’t have that.” Did they have anything warm to drink? No! Six of us planned to eat there… instead, we went to another place. The only reason they get two stars and not just one; the place was clean inside.

Pick up orders to go today! The black Angus roast beef sandwich was awesome! Can’t wait to have it again! Don’t forget to click the check mark beside the pickle and the online app! Updat Oct. 2025 store was very clean when I entered! Extremely impressed with the managing of the store. It’s very impressive to see such a well-oiled machine working! I don’t know if that’s cooking, grease or elbow sweat! But stop by and pick up some chili sandwiches and more like baked potatoes! Everything will hit the spot. Just find what you really like and enjoy!
