What a great addition to Arundel Mills. McAlister’s Deli is so delicious. I love me an Italian sandwich and “The Italian” did not disappoint. Toasted to perfection, Italian dressing and spicy mustard, along with the meats and peppers…… amazing. The broccoli cheddar soup and bacon cheddar baked potato did not disappoint. They go along great as a side item or with a Pick 2 combo. Then the desserts, cookies, brownies and colossal carrot cake…… Oh My. The restaurant smells amazing, is clean and decorated for this holiday season. McKenzie was excellent. She provided great service with a smile on her face. That is the type of service I desire. I am here for the grand opening and I have been pleasantly surprised. The staff greeted us in line with free sweet tea for a year coupon for the first 100 guests. The line moved very fast because the employees were working efficiently inside. When I arrived to the cash register, my food host ( Jorge )took my order and explained all of the menu items that I had questions about. I downloaded the app and was able to redeem my free sweet tea. The tea was fresh and delicious. I am a bit of a tea snob and this gets my sticker of approval. I ordered the “choose 2 “option and got a Half of a king club and half of a savanna salad with vinaigrette. I also got a cup of chili on the side and a kids pretzel dog with a fruit cup to go for my son. Although today was the grand opening, there was ample parking in the parking lot and seating inside of the clean restaurant. All of the food was delicious and I will definitely be back. Note: this location is both wheelchair, accessible and kid, friendly with booths and high top tables.

I did the pick two and ordered 1/2 Club and 1/2 of the Spicy Southwest sandwich. The southwest sandwich is supposed to have black beans, corn, a spicy sauce and chicken; Not quite sure which sandwich they gave me, but it wasn’t the Southwest. The sandwich wasn’t bad it just wasn’t what I ordered. Since this has recently opened, I’ll give them some grace. Service was a little slow, but that’s to be expected. Plus they were pretty busy. All of the staff we’re very friendly and helpful, which was a plus! I’ll definitely try it again, but not for another month or two let them get settled in.

Super friendly and consistent service/food. I get the King Club sandwich and a side of Caesar salad. Every time we order here the place is clean and the staff are friendly. Don’t forget the sweet tea, it’s the best refresher to your sandwich.

I ordered the pick 2 with the Smoke House potato and the Roast beef club. The sandwich was mostly bread and lettuce. One tiny piece of roast beef. Extremely disappointing. The potato was good but lukewarm warm at best. Not sure we will go back. I can get a stuffed roast beef sub a few doors down for less than what I paid.

Today was my first time trying McAlister’s. I placed an online order for two half sandwiches, the Chicken Caesar Wrap and the Smoked Turkey Pepper Jack. Both had good flavor, but they were sloppily made and the spring mix was starting to turn brown. I also selected the option for sliced onions, but what I received were chopped pieces, including the bud of the onion, which should not have been served.
The food itself was tasty, but the presentation and produce quality could have been much better. I would try McAlister’s again, but next time I will place my order inside to ensure everything is prepared with more care. I did not take a photo of the sandwiches since I was hungry, but I did take a picture of the onions for training purposes.

We visited McAlister’s Deli for the first time thanks to a T-Mobile Tuesday deal, and we’re so glad we did! We weren’t familiar with the restaurant, but since the offer was only valid that day, we decided to give it a try.
When we arrived, the parking lot was full — clearly, a lot of T-Mobile customers had the same idea! The restaurant was new, clean, and brightly lit, and even though the line was long due to the promotion, the staff handled the rush like pros.
Sam, the cashier, greeted us warmly with a smile and great energy. When I asked if it was always this busy, he laughed and said it’s been non-stop all day because of the T-Mobile crowd. I ordered my entrée and the Wicked Tea (highly recommend!), and we decided to dine in.
During our meal, Part stopped by to check on us and make sure everything was perfect. The entire team worked together seamlessly, keeping the atmosphere positive despite the crowd. We told them we’d definitely be back, and Part joked, “That’s great—but maybe not on a Tuesday!”
Overall, the customer service was outstanding, the food was fresh and delicious, and the team’s attitude under pressure was impressive. Big kudos to Sam, Part, and the entire McAlister’s crew for making our first visit such a great experience. We’ll definitely be back soon!

From the moment we walked in we could see this restaurant was going to be a great place to dine. Our orders were taken quickly, and we had 5 orders. Received our meals within 10 minutes. The food order was exactly what we ordered and everything was excellent! We even were asked if we needed additional service 1/2 way thru our lunch. Fair pricing, clean establishment and professional care. Thank-you for opening this new McAllister’s in Hanover, Md.

The team at McAlister’s went above and beyond today. I placed a large order for some clients I was going to see. My order was on time at 11:45 like I had requested with my online order. The team went above and beyond in not only helping me check my order to make sure that I had everything that I ordered but also helped package it up differently so that it would be easier for me to carry. They even walked me to my car and assisted with getting everything in. I really appreciate the level of customer service and care that they showed. My clients LOVED their food and immediately asked where were they located so that they can go back. Luckily for my clients McAlister’s is only 7 mins away from their office. Thank you so much for going above and beyond today I really appreciate it!

I have a Great Love of McAlister’s and could not believe Maryland has one. I was in the area and ran to make sure it was the real deal. Upon entering I was welcomed by the enthusiastic Sam & ordered quite a bit in my excitement. The stars of my order were the BLTA(extra avocado & bacon) and the red beans & rice. The food was so gooooooddd, I returned the following day. The customer service from Angela and Sam made the experience top tier and I will most definitely be returning again.
