If I could leave a zero I would. You can’t even call to tell them they messed up the order. How do you not have a way to contact? And, as you can see.. no one care about the reviews.. its mcdonalds.. but them making a mistake on food that is paid for.. and then not being able to contact anyone… c’mon.. Why would I think any differently..

Go to a different McDonald’s save your time and energy. This please never has enough employees working so you’re working literally take an hour. Your food will come out cold and hard. Your fries will not be hot or fresh. There’s no soda machine to fill your drink yourself. And you have to order from the kiosk. And when you go to pay it can take over 20 to 30 minutes until someone notices you’re even there. The ice cream machine always seems to be down. And it seems that they prioritize delivery drivers over you. This place needs help and deff new or better Management stat!!

Customer service in 2026 has just become such a sad joke. So, I go to different McDonald’s locations almost every day to get my same breakfast of a sausage and egg biscuit and I pay the $1 to add cheese and an iced coffee. When I went to eat my sandwich it was missing the egg for the first time. So, I went to another McDonalds on my route since I’d already left and they refused to add egg to it. I have so many thousands of points through the app. I spend so much money at McDonald’s and I can’t get an egg added that’s worth a few cents. I’ll never go back to this McDonald’s. That’s ridiculous. The BS excuse they gave is “we’re not affiliated with that McDonald’s location” lol girl what?! As a manager… she should’ve just taken care of it. ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ ️

This location is terrible. Have driven by several times and never home but today my kids wanted some nuggets. Got in line and paid for 20 pack. Got to first window and the guy is sitting there texting. Doesn’t look at us for over a minute. Go to second window where another car just left wait another two minutes and no one shows up. I gave up and left. Keep my $8 as it was a great lesson I’m knowing to never come back.

Had a young lady at the drive-up. Nice could understand her. Smiled like she enjoyed her job. Worked fast. The food was okay. French Fries actually had salt on them which was great. Drinks were mixed up Coke label other and tea labeled Coke.

I’ve given this location several chances, but the food quality and service have consistently fallen short. Orders often feel confused at the window, and the overall experience hasn’t been up to standard. Hoping to see improvement.

Currently in line 10:10 ish… not onlyndid they give my food to someone else… completely get lost in what their doing.. have me waiting. 30 mins on a mobile pickup… didn’t offer a discount refund.. any food.. nothing to accommodate their mess up…. on top of… me listening tontheir manager yell at his employee for about 5 minutes because he made a mistake wich resulted in him sending him home all of wich I heard through the drive through…. 5 star manager here folks….. crew is absolutely lost.. manager obviously has no clue how to run a store.. everytime i come to this location theres an issue…. wild..

Johnny is also an outstanding worker—hard-working, kind, and dedicated. You can tell he takes pride in his job and truly cares about making a difference, both at McDonald’s and in the community.

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Granted, it’s fast food and you can’t expect perfection, but not once have I had a good experience here. Every single time I order, something is wrong — either I get someone else’s order, or items are missing. Half the time I just gave up and said “forget it” because it wasn’t even worth the hassle.
The only reason I kept coming back was because this is the closest location to me, but I’ve officially had it. What makes it even more frustrating is they’ll make you wait at least 20 minutes for your food, so you’d think it would be right after all that time — but nope.
Do yourself a favor and double-check your order before leaving, because chances are, it’s not correct.
