Gave me a caramel frappe instead of the mocha I ordered then tried to gaslight me into thinking I ordered caramel because they didn’t want to fix the mistake. Gave me this back with the bare minimum mocha drizzle and it’s completely messed up. Do you guys get paid in mocha sauce? Not the first time service members have been completely rude here.

New McDonald’s now open at 9450 Grand Avenue in Franklin Park, IL. Newly constructed; this is apparently their new format. Noticeably absent was the self-service fountain drinks. Corporate is phasing out the self-service drink stations; drinks are filled gor patrons behind the counter and delivered with the meal. Refills were available upon request but that might change as the newly hired staff were not sure what the policy was. The Grand Opening specials: free Happy meal with the purchase of a combo meal and $1.00 ice cones. While I was there (Saturday 5:00pm) they ran out of Happy Meals. Previously someone said the ice cream machine was down but it was working while I was there. The restaurant has two cashier stations and three kiosk. Here is something new: the kiosk now takes cash. We choose dine-in and was given a table tent. When are food came up the counter called out our name I used my McDonald’s app to get points) and table number at the top of their voice. Later on we did see other employees delivering food to the tables. Everything is brand new. Some wrinkles need to be worked out

9/27/25 Update they were able to remedy the issue thanks for fixing the problem. I’m highly disappointed with the fish fillet I received it was made with a paper label mixed in with melted cheese thankfully I didn’t eat it

They play horrible cringe early 90s dance music here for some reason. Not what people want to hear when there eating breakfast. Not that there’s very many people eating here other than the occasional homeless person that drifts in . The decor and style of this restaurant is awful too. McDonald’s used to have better looking restaurants, what happened?

My husband keeps ordering a double BACON cheeseburger and literally every time he orders it, no bacon. Literally. Every. Time. The fries are always cold- no matter what time of day. We always have to wait ten min for our food. Tried to give this place a chance since it’s around the block from our house but honestly it’s annoying. Also, every time he asks for “no pickles”.. he continues to get pickles. Honestly irritated at how bad this place is.

Had some bad experiences here, I ordered a basket of fries and got the portion of a medium fries in the basket. Another time I ordered a normal strawberry milkshake and for some reason they added mint flavor to it. The staff here is nice but they mess up my orders too often.

this is a brand new McDonald’s. It’s Labor Day and there is practically no one in the restaurant. I went through the drive-through, They gave me cold fries, No napkins and absolutely zero sauce for my chicken nuggets and they forgot my hamburger.

I’ve been to this location several times. I order my food on the mobile app hoping to get my food in the morning quickly and get going to work. I usually order at least 10mins before I get there. I always have to wait another 5-10 mins. So this morning I ordered my food 15 mins before I got this location. It STILL was NOT ready! I had to wait a total of 10 more minutes when I got there! Plus, when I went to the window where you get your food she spoke to me in Spanish. Why would she assume I speak Spanish when I’m clearly white. I do speak 3 languages but one of them is not Spanish.
