I’ve been trying to make it a point to get to this awesome restaurant for a long time and tonight I’m glad I did! I’ve had a lot of fish and chips in my life and this may have been the best fried haddock I’ve ever had! Absolutely delicious and fresh. My wife got the baked haddock and that was equally fantastic! They have a very nice polite staff and a kids menu for the little ones. We will definitely be back!!!

MB’s seafood really is a local gem. Whether you live in the area or are passing by, this is definitely worth a try. It is modest in appearance, nothing particularly special on the outside, but upon arrival you are typically allowed to seat yourself. You have a choice of booths, tables and chairs, or a seat at the bar. The staff are warm and inviting, especially the waitress Julie. I have been here three times before and my most recent visit blew me away with the food. I ate the best potato skins I have had… ever. I ordered the NY strip and not only did it come with a decently sized side, there were two large pieces of meat!- much more generous than most restaurants. The portions are huge, not just my meal. They are open four days a week with two seafood shipments a week, ensuring freshness. In the summertime they buy veg from framer’s stands but even in winter their salads are delicious. While customer service can be spotty on ridiculously busy nights, it’s always a safe bet to come around 5-6 pm for the optimal experience. 10/10 this place is great

So glad this restaurant is right in our neighborhood and just sorry we haven’t tried it until now. We started with a bowl of steamers that were sweet and juicy – and big! – then split a fried platter. It was all really good but the haddock, shrimp and scallops stood out the most.
Nice selection of local craft beers. Laid back seaside atmosphere and excellent service with fair prices. We’ll be back for sure.

You would never expect the quality of seafood or such a well appointed and diverse menu, from the outside, especially in little ol’ Three rivers. They have langostinos! My son always gets a ribeye, those are great. The fried and baked seafood, yum. My sons GF gets a chicken sandwich, and loves it! Fresh homemade chips served when you sit. Tonight we finished with fried apple pie turnover thing, it was amazing and I may order a tray for thanksgiving. Top 3 desserts in my lifetime. Server Julie was funny and super nice. As was Jess the time prior. Cozy and a bit dated inside. They cover the tables with sheet paper so it’s great for the kids, or drunk adults to doodle on. Lol. Looks like a whole in the wall, but they deliver better than restaurants with fancy signs. Please visit!

It was super busy on a Friday evening. Our server was excellent. Clam chowder was delicious. However, the food took an extremely long time to come out. When we did get our meals, three of the four were room temperature and the fourth was appropriately hot. The food tasted really good despite being the wrong temperature so I imagine it would have been spectacular if served hot. We did inform our server and she made it right for us.
We then ordered dessert. Desserts here are made to order … literally they bake the cookie for the ice cream sandwich on order…..so it takes a while…..
Plan to come and spend a casual unrushed evening and you will enjoy it for sure.
We will definitely go back and try it again, maybe not on a Friday night…

Julie our waitress was excellent!!!! We had a really long wait and our main course meals were actually cold but the food was delicious. Julie gave each couple (4 of us) a twenty dollar gift certificate for having to wait ❤️ We ordered dessert (which also took a long time for some reason). Delicious also. Julie was gracious and funny and made me rise above anything that may have been negative about our experience. Hang on to her!!! She is awesome.

I was looking for a place to get steamers and found this little place and dropped in with my daughter. The atmosphere felt like a little ocean side place on the coast. The steamers were outstanding and my daughter had fried whole clams and allowed me a taste. Frankly they were the best fried clams I ever had! I had a lobster after my steamers and vowed to put MB’s on my list of “go-to” places for seafood.

I’m so amazed that I found this steak and seafood restaurant. Indeed, it’s one of the best I’ve found so far, starting with the server Sam P. very polite and knowledgeable on each dish that is on the menu she immediately asked if i wanted a beverage and accompanied it with some chips. I began by ordering a cup of clam chowder, which, by the way, it was so delicious. I then followed with my main entree the Haddock with a baked potato and coleslaw, my friends beyond this world. The atmosphere was excellent, and the service was AMAZING! I will definitely return with my family.

Quaint restaurant in Three Rivers serving some of the best home cooked meals! It’s not easy finding a good seafood restaurant locally and we were happy to discover this little dive/diamond in the rough! They used FRESH ingredients and everything from the appetizers to the desserts had just amazing flavors. The Clam Chowder was a 10/10!!! Hot Lobster Roll (we saw a Facebook post about them trying out a new dish- Lobster roll on a croissant and here showed up the next day asking to try them out, and they delivered even though it wasn’t on their menu… yet (hopefully will be soon). The Shrimp Tacos 10/10, Lobster pot pie 10/10. Our family didn’t think we could eat a bite more, but we had to try their homemade bread pudding and apple bombs with vanilla ice cream Again, 10/10. I can’t say enough about this restaurant and can’t wait to go back!!!

Exceptional service. Very welcoming and attentive to returning to table and asking if they could remove finished dishes and needing anything additional. Very courteous. Food very good to excellent had steamers, tacos, prime rib and shrimp. Very positive experience thank you to the MB Taste of the Sea Team highly recommended.
