Split decision between people at our table. Some thougt it was amazing food, I didn’t think my food was the best, it was ok but lacking taste, well prepared but I’ve had better Italian food. Staff was nice except the waiter that insisted on the pizza she came with, was one we ordered… It was not, lucky a nother waiter came and safed the day by ordering the right pizza and 5 minutes later we could all have our dinner together, 5 stars to the waiter saving our evening, 1 star to the waiter arguing abot the pizza we did not order. We had a nice table at the window, looking out on a decorated Tivoli while it was getting dark, perfect location. If you want to go here, you should book a table, most Tivoli restaurants are full, especially in the weekends.

Had dinner at Mazzoli’s inside Tivoli and would go again. We sat outside, which worked well with the view over the water and a bit of space from the crowd. Ordered a Margherita pizza, a red sauce pasta, and a seafood pasta to share. All three were excellent—good flavour, cooked properly, and served hot. Portion sizes were just right—not oversized, but filling enough.
Service was very good from start to finish. Staff were attentive, kept things moving at a good pace, and were on top of drinks and check-ins without hovering. The place was busy, but nothing slipped.
Yes, it is expensive—but that is expected inside Tivoli and pretty standard for central Copenhagen. That said, the quality, location, and overall experience made it worth it. You are not just paying for a view—you actually get a good meal with solid service to match.

SO GOOD! We each loved our entrees here. Good deals for the kids, great service, and fun ambiance. Americans craving a taste of home will enjoy the pasta and pizza. Great refuge after a day in the park. Adorable Danish style (super hip) high chairs for the very littlest as well.

We were a group of four and asked to pay separately, as we had ordered different items. This request was refused, and we were told to split the bill evenly, without any flexibility.
The situation was handled poorly, with an unnecessarily tense and unfriendly attitude, which made the end of the evening uncomfortable. The lack of basic courtesy when we left only added to the disappointment.
It’s a shame, because the food was decent, but the service ultimately ruined what could have been a pleasant experience.

We dined here with friends and the food was good, but the service completely ruined the experience. When we asked to pay separately at the end, the waitress reacted very aggressively, telling us we should have said it before ordering, and forcing us to calculate the amounts ourselves. She threw the card machine on the table in a very rude way. Another server then came to blame us as well. No smile, no politeness, no thank you. We were treated badly and felt attacked. This attitude toward customers—especially tourists—is unacceptable. Service is the image of a restaurant, and here it was catastrophic. Such a shame, because good food means nothing when the service is this poor.

We had 2 vegetarian pizzas. They were very good. Service was quick too. They also provided a children’s chair for my son. Prices a reasonable considering it’s smack in the middle of Tivoli.

Food is great for gluten free dietary requirements. They said they could make the pasta or pizza dishes suitable for gluten free in a safe environment. I loved my pizza. Lovely Aperol drinks too. Service was a bit slow as the couple next to me arrived while we were eating our mains…they ate, paid and left before our mains had been taken away. The meal was still lovely and I do recommend
