The service was terrible! We went during dinner buffet. They told us to have a seat and someone would bring us plates. We waited several minutes, then went up to the counter to get plates. They apologized and said they forgot. They weren’t busy at the time, however they only came to our table to bring clean plates one time. We had to keep going to the counter to get clean plates. They did ho to other people’s tables to give them clean plates and drink refills. They didn’t come to give us any drink refills. My husband’s drink went completely empty.

So I had to go back from picking up my order, because my Pizza was a little messed up, and that’s okay, mistakes happen. But the lady that helped me in the front, I didn’t catch her name. I wish I did, but she was amazing. So sweet super helpful she definitely deserves a raise, also coming from a customer , all the other customers.Just be nice to those employees coming from one person who worked at a Pizza shop and many other fast food restaurants.I promise if you’re just nice to them.They’re nice to you in return and super helpful, and again, I’ve got to give this girl a shout out. She was amazing.

Took an hour to get our delivery, didnt get 2 Large Pizzas, everything we did get was room temp, not warm at all, and hard as hell plus we didn’t get our remade pizzas until close! Almost $70 spent and this isn’t the first time something this happened but I let it slide because they’re who I prefer and it’s usually not like that but damn!

Don’t usually have too many problems with them just the basics like something missing every once in awhile. Well went tonight and paid for the large fry which is $6. I get it and we open the box to eat some on the ride home and it’s like barely half full. So I’m thinking they just accidentally gave me a regular instead of a large cause there is no way this is $6 worth of fries. So I take it in and I ask “hey is this a large or regular cause I ordered a large” and she says “it’s a large I weighed it out.”I’ve never ordered fries from this location before but I’ve been to other mazzios and when we get the large fry the box is full. Now look at my picture and tell me that’s $6 worth of fries. Everyone was nice but just kind of ridiculous that this is what you get when you order a large fry for $6

I attended a fundraiser that was held here, organized with corporate. All but 1 staff member had no clue(??) Thankfully Katie saved the day! Despite attempts made by the awfully rude and condescending employee with the face mask, who rushed out first chance. But not before throwing everything on Katie (cashier, front counter, runner, server, refills, phone, etc) , making it nearly impossible for her to tend to the fundraiser attendees. However, she prevailed! Thank you!

Amazing salad bar I always love! Great quality food. Pizza is always fresh and made to order. Ham and cheese calzone is always delicious as well as ham and cheese hoagie or lasagna. Cheese dippers so yummy. Great friendly service. Facility remodeled spring 2018.

I did not see any value in going to this buffet. It was empty and was only restocked once in the 45 minutes I was there. By the time it was restocked with 1 pizza at a time, it was gone. There were about 20 people there and no food was available on the buffet except salad.

I have never experienced a more unprofessional crew of workers than what I experienced at this Mazzios. Waited nearly an hour for a take out order and when I asked for updates I never received a clear answer. I found out that they lost my order and they very poorly tried to cover up the mistake. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Don’t waste your time.

Met my daughter for dinner. We had the chicken alfredo pizza. Our server J lee was young and seemingly inexperienced. Service was terrible. We never got our water refilled, we had to go get our own extra salad, we had to go to the counter to order our own beers. We even had to have him add the extra salad to the bill.
