Ordered delivery via app and the driver was dispatched and delivered in just 25 minutes. Once, I received my Meat Buster pizza and opened it to discover 3 major bubbles. Two bubbles fully cover 2 slices and part of a third. Calling customer service has a hold time over 20 minutes.

I just received my order. I waited 65 minutes just to receive the wrong order. I’m highly upset because I haven’t eaten anything all day. Then if this was my order I still would be upset fries are cold. I want be ordering from mazzios again. I rarely eat from mazzios and now I see why.
Update: Called customer service and they had them send it back out. Only for it STILL to be wrong. I asked for mild wings and I just got wings. Please don’t waste your time at this location or Mazzios at all. Just a joke.

Not sure where to begin. Ordered about $52 of food. Husband saw pizza on commercial so thought would be great. I however have had to stop eating several foods that are a big part but thought i could find something. Well, found crustless “pizza” which, as long as i also order No Cheese, might work. Upon opening, could not believe what i saw. A very shallow pan with a little sauce on bottom, total of 7 pepperoni slices, another “meat” and 6 slices of mushroom and not even baked. $10.99 for this? So i reported on survey which wasn’t read and called main number, not allowed to call store. Told someone would call from store. Nothing. Nobody concerned. Took pictures but nowhere to send them. Check your food before driver leaves, btw she received $10 tip for arriving at scheduled time.

This location is carryout only. I ordered a sandwich at the counter they forgot my side of ranch which was the only sauce I wanted for my sandwich. Can’t get a hold of anyone at the branch to get it fixed. Food wasn’t horrible but not as good as I was hoping it would be

Ordered $35 of food for a party. Had to wait over 30 minutes after estimated pickup time to receive my order. Pizza was cold and chewy when I got home. I live less than 3 minutes from this location. Will not be ordering from this location again. Not the first time they served us bad pizza. My mistake for trying them again.

I arrived a few minutes after the pick-up time and was told part of my order had been grabbed up by a delivery driver and that he should be back in 5 minutes so I was told to wait for the driver to get back with my cinnaboli, after 10 minutes the driver got back but he did not have the missing cinnaboli. The person that had told me to wait came out and said he would now remake the cinnaboli since the driver didn’t have it. So waiting another 15 minutes he brought out my order when I got home the cinnaboli was half cooked. I will not be recommending Mazzio pizza anymore.
