I Love going in this location. They’re the Most awesome group of people in Tulsa! They Always take Great care of me and my family. Especially Joe, Greg & Sarah & all the guys in the kitchen! Their buffet Rocks! It’s Always hot and fresh and they keep it coming! Would Highly recommend for a family lunch/night out or when you just Don’t feel like cooking! Calizone texture was good but barely any toppings filled inside each piece had 2 thin pepperonis & a pinch of cheese.. My bigger disappointment & dissatisfaction was the cheese dippers order within this last 2 years. The bottom crust was not fully golden & crispy like they should be in that carmalized texture way. I barely taste any cheese even its just bread, NOT crispy flavored crust but regular tasting baked bread. I do NOT pay 30$ for poor food quality that tastes like it came from the freezers of a grocery store! Been placing the same order for over 8 years, i know how it should look and taste. Decrease the prices too if you’re going to keep decreasing ingredients and satisfaction!! Food industry is doing terrible these days. How are they not ashamed by this?! #Make food satisfying again #Quality&worth

This was the first time I had ever eaten at a Mazzio’s and I’m disappointed to be honest. The waiter was very unfriendly and when we told him we had never been there and struggling with what to order, he gave us little assistance. It was an uncomfortable scenario, so my husband and I quickly ordered and did not get what we wanted. As we were waiting for our pizza, we noticed how utterly cold it was in the restaurant and things were not he cleanest. It was not a good experience.

I waited longer than necessary, as an employee aimlessly wandered around the front of the store before offering to assist me. When I said that I was waiting for an order he grabbed it from the waiting area where it had been sitting.

We got home, several miles and unloaded our groceries, then sat to eat before realizing how horribly they messed up everything. Toppings they actually gave us were scarce. They also completely excluded the sausage and it looked like they only gave one piece of salami. For the supreme with jalapenos, they completely excluded the supreme and only gave us a cheese with jalapenos.

Tired and already settled in, we called customer service hoping to be able to send pictures and the receipt and get at least a partial refund for the parts we didn’t get. Instead I just got excuses, told I should have expected that (website doesn’t say they’d lack toppings or would be any different, actually instead shows pictures of full pizzas). I was then told that to get any help I needed to go back to the store or accept some coupons for next time.

There won’t be a next time. I’ll be making a complaint against you instead and we won’t be back to this location or Mazzios. (We quit going about 2 years ago because you used the pandemic as an excuse for poor customer service and bad work ethics. This time we’ve learned our lesson for good.)

Me and my three kids were there for over 25 minutes for just some cheesy bread just cheesy bread. There’s no one else in the restaurant other than to other people and the other guy. I’ve been waiting a long time too. I just got treated like poop by a long-haired guy and this is not OK.

Mazzios must be doing pretty bad as a company to have delivery drivers taking orders!! There is a short red head delivery driver (who’s in a driver coat at lease) that takes orders and he is such a jerk. Everytime I come in hes just down right rude! he doesn’t have knowledge of the menu & is very verbally aggressive & you can see that he’s always irritated. He rushes you while taking your order & I think he would be much happier if he found a different job honestly. I asked for the Monday special & he threw his hands in the air & said they don’t have a Monday special. I’m sure he hates his job but he works be better off just leaving. Geeze

My Mother and I went to the location where my Nephew worked. It was a lovely visit. We saved a lot of money on the discount. The food was great! Hot and fresh. My cheese pizza was super cheesy, which I love. The place was a bit noisy in the beginning, but it calmed down after a while. Overall, a very positive experience.

We tried the buffet on Tuesday Night we we arrived we about $49.00 for 3 children and two adults one we received our cups we notice it was not any ice, the food was also not appetizing an the pepperoni was swimming in grease MY nieces only ate a few bread sticks and banana peppers. I requested to speak with a manager and it seemed the food came out even worst and the manager stated he didn’t charge us for drinks when infact he did, I did explain to the manager the food was horrible and we did not enjoy our time there completely a waste of money we will never return. The manager didn’t offer and discount money back or anything so we left without eating and paying almost $50 dollars. The pictures I have don’t do any justice the visit was horrible.

Every time in come in for the buffet they never have a selection or really anything to choose from but yet you want me to pay buffet price and it should just be a salad bar. This location use to be top notch but I will have to say it has become the worst. Very disappointing should have went to a different location.
