About us Mazzios Italian Eatery It was 1961. Alan Shepard was the USA’s first man in space. Dion’s “Runaround Sue” topped the music charts. Volkswagen’s funny little car invaded America in droves. And a young school teacher opened a small, one-man pizza restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which was to be the birthplace of the growing, dynamic Mazzio’s LLC of today. That original restaurant—named The Pizza Parlor—delighted many Tulsans with the very first pizza they ever ate. The school teacher was Ken Selby, who ran his new business virtually alone and after a full day of teaching.

The calzone looks amazing with the golden brown and garlic butter. But then when you go to grab a slice it’s paper thin, barely any cheese or pepperoni. I get better at other locations with cheese nice and thick and pulling apart. Disappointed in this location

I don’t ever leave reviews, but I had to leave this one to warn people. This was hands down the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. I ordered a medium pepperoni and there was some kind of orange slime coating the pizza; not grease, not cheese, but slime. I didn’t notice at first, but as soon as I took a bite, I was so revolted I almost threw up. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

Ordered a side salad with southwest ranch, the loaded cheese dippers, and chicken Alfredo online for delivery. It was ontime, I ordered in advance for a timed delivery. My food was decently hot, but the cheese dippers were lacking of the star ingredient, just a little light on the cheese, and were somewhat dry. The pasta was overcooked and mushy in spots, the salad was great, but all in all I enjoyed my meal.

Do not come here for pickup. Order delivery. I ordered over an hour ago, showed up 20 minutes later and have been sitting here for over 40 minutes being ignored while deliveries are flying out the door. Poor service. Wish I hadn’t tipped.
