For almost 2 dollars a wing these are unnaceptable, in the picture are drums, next to said drums is a bottle cap. Received 20 of bottle cap sized wings for almost 40 dollars. Once my toddler wakes up l’m sure he would love them, considering this was the size to fulfill his hunger(maybe) literally considered that I was being punk’d and the real wings were hiding somewhere in the Togo container, but oh no, no Ashton Kutcher and yep, no actual wings.

Ordered a medium pizza and cheese dippers for the first time in about a year.
The pizza is smaller as well as the order of cheese dippers, the price was insanely overpriced, and the food was trash.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse pizza in my life.
I’m not going back.
$32 for that junk is ridiculous and most of it went in the trash.
Fire your cooks and supervisors because if they are letting food like this go out then they need a different job.
I only up’ed one star because the delivery driver is cool.

Ordered food after waiting for 3-4 minutes and someone yelling who has the window!? While waiting. About to walk out, someone started to take order. 3 salad’s, 3 drinks and loaded cheese dippers. Cheese dipper were something warm since cold and drizzly outside. Salad bars looked awful. Salad looked liked it had been cut ties before Thanksgiving. No cheese, ham was low and beets were souréd. Waited and waited (approximately 30 minutes or so) for bread steaks that never arrived. Meanwhile, froze while trying to eat salad. Another person came in after us. They received their pizza while eating their salad, and we had been done for a bit with our salad. When checking at counter, order had never been placed to the back. Only positive was refunded, or list ticket says void. Refund hasn’t hit bank account.

Absolute chaos, 50 min wait for 2 medium pizzas. NO Explanation.

My son wanted to come here for his Birthday…. So not my choice.
I believe in all honesty that it was just simply an understaffed situation. I was not going to add to this review until one of the staff members berated a group of elderly individuals because they asked for some plates for the salad bar. One of the ladies was very obviously shaken and upset.
The tables were not being bussed.
Our food took 35 minutes to even begin arriving to our table and about 50 minutes total delivery time.
Another customer saw me taking pictures then came up to my table to let me know that if I was planning on calling and complaining that it would do no good.
It seems like this place has not been kept up like it was in the past.
The bathroom was pretty gross, if you look in the pictures you can see that there’s boogers and other schmears on the walls.
The food on the salad bar was surprisingly excellent, the food that was delivered to our table was exceptional. I’m so torn about this location, trying to support a place that has been in town for so long, but also tired of the long wait times and sometimes downright disrespectful treatment of myself and other customers.

So when does pizza not come with any sauce of any kind on it? Ordered a thin pepperoni with the ken’s spicey sauce. Now only did i not get that sauce but i didnt get sauce at all. This isnt the 1st time i’ve been screwed over by this mazzios. It happens more times than not. Reminded me why i dont order from there.

Service was horrible. We waited 15 minutes just to get our order taken. After we finally got our order taken we waited another 30 minutes just for our food. So much for a fast food restaurant.

Ordered 8 pizzas for a party with the family sized ranch. Best ranch in the world for your pizza. Tasty hot fresh pizza. Ordered online ahead of time for a specific time and was ready on time. Friendly and helpful staff!

We have used this mazzios for a while being from this area and we can say this is not a good place to eat. They have messed up our order so many times and it’s a nightmare to fix. The pizza is not good and the crust is paper thin. Today we ordered hand tossed pizzas and got super thin crust and we found what was like little rocks in a piece of pizza. Multiple times we have had to take wings back because they aren’t made right with like no sauce on them. Reccomend you go elsewhere for pizza.

I haven’t made it home 1 time over the last 6 months without my order being wrong. I live 15 minutes outside town and a phone call results in “you can come back and get it.”

so bad, me and my boyfriend went here and the service was terrible. the cashier gave us the “wait” finger, and told us it was taking so long because he was “tired.” literal pieces of a fallen ceiling tile in a booth… fans had so much dust on them and it was directly over our heads! nasty! floors hadn’t been swept throughout the day at all, pizza crusts EVERYWHERE. a pretty gross place to eat, we tried to use a coupon, and had to stand at the register for 10 minutes before we could begin to think about eating, after paying and getting our drinks, we realize there were hardly any clean tables. there were only a few parties seated, but the remainder of the tables were cluttered with plates and cups, that looked like they’d been sitting there for hours. watched a party of seniors sit at a corner booth with debris at their backs. sad to see! this place could be great, but there’s no atmosphere, nothing playing on the tv’s, no music, only a cashier yelling “i hope you fall!” loudly enough that the entire restaurant stopped eating and turned to look at the kitchen. came in for a friday buffet lunch, and left extremely unsatisfied. won’t ever eat here again.
