I eat at mazzios quite often and 70% of the time, the food is okay but lately I’ve been extremely embarrassed to even be ordering from there. The pizza has either been cold, not done, made wrong, burnt or stuck to all sides of the box instead of being on the actual pizza. Tonight my husband and I were gonna be kid free so we decided to order in and have date night. We both ordered the sandwiches with fries. We ordered at 5:07, was given a 20 minute window time and got to the store a little before 5:30. Expecting our food to be ready, pulled up to the window and had to wait another 15 mins because our fries weren’t done. Right before receiving my order, the cashier tells me that one of my sandwiches fell on the floor when he was putting the fries in the box. Okay, it happens, cool. Was given a refund for one sandwich since I got the other one. Got home and was just gonna split the food with my husband. Opened up our sandwiches with only 9 fries in the box to see this! Not only was the sandwich soggy, the bread was molded! I called back to let customer service know and was told my order was put in, I was issued a full refund and they were gonna put in a rush order and i would have my food at my door in 25 mins. Okay, that’s fantastic! At this point it’s 6:05, our food didn’t get to our door until 6:56, it left the store at 6:23. We received our sandwiches nice and soggy with Luke warm fries needless to say, tonight was the last night we will eat at this mazzios.

Pretty decent for the price. Unfortunately, flies aren’t an active ingredient in any calzone I’ve ever seen before. Recommended if you have a fetish for contracting scabies or botulism.

Placed an order for the pizza and wings special through the app and it still took 30 min not the 15 minues the app said. I still ended up waiting almost 25 minutes on one occasion and 15 minutes on two separate occasions. Not happy with their service.

Mazzio’s. It’s really no surprise they have a 3.7. The restaurant used to offer a Monday through Friday lunch buffet just like the Tulsa locations but they cancelled that about a year ago and started doing the buffets on Thursday nights only from some strange hours like 6-8 PM. No thank you, too many screaming kids at that late night hour. It’s a shame too because the pizza they offered was good, at least four-star pizza. I don’t think they’re able to keep a full staff.
Gonna give them two stars. They’re essentially useless.

I spent $43.49 for a family special and a salad….. my pepperoni pizza had barely any pepperoni on it. In fact 1 slice was just cheese and the deluxe Supreme was lacking most of its toppings. When I called to place the order I was treated like It was an inconvenience and annoyed and so very rude…. probably should’ve taken that as my first red sign. I wasted my money and I will not be doing that again.

They don’t seem to know how to make pizza, which is disappointing for a pizza joint. They messed up our last two orders. I understand that mistakes happen, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. But after they messed up our second order, TWICE, with barely an “I’m sorry,” that was it. My wife waited in the store for over an hour, waiting for them to get it right. We will not be eating here again. You’ll be better off buying a frozen pizza from Walmart.

Saw into the kitchen a few times and it’s not what I would call clean… other than gas station pizza this is the only choice for pizza in Cleveland. Wait times are extremely long, it has taken an hour to get 1 large pizza the last 3 times we’ve ordered from there. Pizza quality varies, sometimes it tastes like they use yesterday’s dough. I don’t recommend this eatery.

Our family hadn’t been to Mazzio’s in a number of years because the service and quality had gotten so poor. A few weeks ago we were really craving pizza so we decided to give their carry out another chance. (It’s literally probably been at least 3 years since we’ve eaten there.) We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and the excellent salad bar. We went in again tonight and had the same great experience. It is under excellent new management! The salad bar was spotless and fresh, even at 8pm. Our food came out quickly and was hot and delicious, and the staff was very friendly. We are very happy to have another place to eat at again!
