Thanks for this sloppily prepared dry calzone. This is a disgrace; if I didn’t know better I think you got bought out by private equity. The five loose dipping sauce containers on top of the box as you gave it to me you also very helpful seeing is how my car has five tiny cupholders; Why would you not put them in a box or at least a bag. I don’t know why I even go to this one it’s the most apathetic crew even though it changes constantly. If I was given a receipt I’d go back for a refund.

Our catering order was almost an entire hour late and then the cheese pizza was burnt! This is unacceptable. We have used Mazzio’s for years for groups large and small, but will never use them again after this.

Not only the first time at Mazzio’s in OK but we’re from Missouri! First off I would like to say that the young blonde lady taking our order was VERY sweet and helpful, especially with our picky eater child. The food was hot and delicious! My son got the boneless wings and fries, the fries were fresh and crispy and the wings were definitely up to his likeness! His dad and I shared a ham, cheddar, and bacon calzone and it was very filling for 2 people and we had leftovers to take back to the hotel. Will definitely come back again on our next weekend getaway! Thank you!

This was horrible! Like I decided to try the deep pan pizza thinking maybe they wouldn’t be stupid but nope they got mad I ordered 2 hours before closing? I understand if it’s 20 minutes before closing but come on! I will never order from here again. My kids were very upset. If we don’t ask for extra cheese they give like no cheese. If I ask for extra cheese they put triple cheese on here. I was an assistant Manager for Dominos and papa johns for years and this is triple cheese get out of here!!! You can’t do this to a pizza or cheesesticks. It makes it nasty! So I normally spend about 80 bucks on my order but last night I just got 1 pizza two cheesesticks and wings. Wings were super tiny and everything else was caked in cheese. They need to measure and not freestyle it!!! Super stupid I will have to either go pickup Dominos in tulsa or order something from doordash. Thanks mazzios in catoosa for hating your customers so bad you ruin the pizza every single time I order! Also your hand tossed pizzas are way too thin and hard every time I order as well!!!

The day after the big icing 1/22 and have been stuck at the hotel across the street, working off the laptop. Decided I wanted some pizza and remembered there’s a Mazzio’s nearby. Walked in and ordered, made my salad and within ten minutes or so, my pizza was ready. First thing I noticed was how extremely clean the lobby, salad bar, and in general the restaurant was. Not just very clean, immaculate. The salad bar items were fresh, no signs of old veggies, frost bitten, or any issues whatsoever. Everything was fantastic and being this was the first time I had Mazzio’s, very happy for the discovery.

Every time I order i try to do it online and it normally says like 15 to 30 minutes. Today I ordered it on line it says 40 I get here around 50 after and its still not done ive been waiting on 2 small pizzas and it is taking about and hour and a half this is unacceptable i will not be doing this again

Went with family after a football game so our spirits were high as our team just won, however felt a bit like we weren’t welcome there, nothing directly spoken however body language can be pretty loud as well, regardless of status, or ethnicity I believe everyone should be comfortable around something as simple as getting something to eat.

Decided to stop in on a road trip and it hit the spot. They still have their salad bar and pizza buffet open. There are gloves to use at the buffet and everything is kept very clean. Service was prompt and friendly. Convenient location right off the highway and good for kids.
