Best pizza place experience I have had in a while! I came in to pick up and was heartbroken to find out that I ordered from wrong location. Instead of having to cancel that order or even drive 20+ minutes, the employee helping me got another person (assume a manager) and immediately figured it out on their end. They even gave me a drink as I waited. This is great customer service and I will be a returning customer because of it!

I’ve never been here so had many questions and wanted to try the new cauliflower pizza. Ariana was incredibly helpful. And she even walked my order out to my car. I’d come back because of her. The food was alright. The pizza was very small. Like my husband could of easily eaten it all by him self.

The lunch buffet is pitiful. We did ask them to special make a pizza which was hot fresh and delicious. We asked when they were putting out more dessert and the front lady asked the lady in charge and was told they aren’t it’s just what’s out… this is what was out.

1st order didn’t have preferred sauce and 2nd order only had one pizza with preferred sauce and could barely taste any sauce (which only tasted like tomato sauce). So very unhappy with this store. I will be ordering from another store in the future.

This is the most poorly managed establishment I have ever encountered. The magnitude that they ignore customers and have no form of delegation or urgency for customer service. I don’t know how three people two of which are managers can be at the front end and walk away as soon as a customer comes to the counter and deliberately walk back and forth and into the lobby and never acknowledge them. It’s pure chaos in here with only 3 people dining in, a couple in drive thru and 4 door dashers waiting they act like they are at full capacity. They really need to be retrained from the top down there is zero organization here or delegation of task the lack of the basic fundamentals of customer service or management in general is non existent. The order and way they are operating is the most inefficient process I have ever witnessed. Now the crew in the back actually preparing orders are putting in full effort it’s the lack of communication and management on the front end is where this place fails. One customer is missing half his order. It’s like there’s no SOP being followed on the front end, just free-styling what should be a well organized operation is the opposite. This place is empty and falling apart in chaos as if there’s a line outside and drive thru has a line down the street. They can’t even tell customers how long the wait will be. Front end is lost and drowning send help

Went to my local location not long ago. Pizza and cinnamon sticks were great. But the chicken wings and fries were absolutely terrible. Chicken wings tasted like they were out the microwave and looked like they had been rolled in seasoning. Fries tasted tasteless and looked like just had salt and pepper hastily sprinkled on . I would not recommend.

Can’t rate the food because I sat 10-15mins behind someone else who was also waiting for an unknown amount of time even ringing the doorbell by the window and honking to try and get someone’s attention. Luckily I chose to pay at the store so I chose to just leave and eat somewhere else.

The last 2 times I have gone to this location the service and quality have been terrible. We started off the night waiting for someone to take our order. We were given dirty plates that had baked on grease all over the backs. I went to get silverware, something white had been splattered all over the silverware. I had to pick through them to find a moderately clean fork.

This place lacks proper management, especially during their buffet hours. I sat there for over an hour watching their staff on cellphones, laughing and playing around in the back while a lobby full of people waited for someone to stock the salad bar and to put pizza out. They brought out dessert pizza that was half cooked and half of it had raw pizza dough. I watched multiple times the staff walk by the empty salad bar without even thinking to restock it. I spoke to the manager (lady with short hair) and she just smirked when I told her they were serving people raw food. I also brought it to her attention that a lobby full of people were waiting for them to restock the pizza and salad bar, yet their pizza guy was back there playing on his cellphone, 4-5 of them were back there horsing around, and the waitress was just mindlessly walking around in circles not really doing anything productive. The manager said they were doing the best they could with what they had. What they had was plenty of staff with no oversight or direction coming from a lazy manager. Your buffet times are not a surprise and your staff should know their roles and make sure people are able to eat without the risk of food poisoning. You had plenty of staff tonight so there was no excuse for this. Do better Mazzios!

Sally was such a sweetheart taking our order over the phone. She took her time and didn’t mind our baby crying in the background and told us that she used to actually Rock babies at the church nursery and it absolutely warmed my heart. I would definitely order from this place again

Man, today was rough over at this Mazzios. We placed a loaded cheese dipper order (breadsticks) to go with our salads at 5:54.
……..after waiting about 5-7 min to order………we ended up taking our dippers home after I went up to the register at 6:50 to get a refund……………….no response from management. They said they were running behind, but 1 hour for breadsticks, come on. Some of the items (beets) on salad bar had to be spit out because they tasted spoiled as well. Sadly disappointed. Sad that Mods pizza closed :/, will look at other places now.
