I usually go to the Mid West City Mazzios for the Tuesday evening buffet but they dont have a Sat evening buffet so I went here instead. The pizz definitely tastes better at the mid west city Mazzios. The supreme thin crust was okay and tasted good but my favorite the thin crust pepperoni was not as good as the other Mazzios. Idk if it had been sitting out a while or what. The salad wasn’t as good either. The cinnamon desert thing was really good tho.

Food was great–service needs improvement. Wasn’t very thrilled to be told by the app that my food was ready then upon arrival, told the food wasn’t even made and had to wait an additional 20 minutes on top of 27. I didn’t fuss because that wouldn’t do any good and I know the kitchen staff were doing what they could. Had the timeline been accurate, I would have no complaint.

This place is ridiculous. I placed an order on the app at 6:19 pm. Said ready in 30 minutes. At 6:45 I pulled in line behind another car who was parked. Waited behind them until 7:00 when they were given their order. It appeared they placed their order and were allowed to wait In line until it was ready. The lady giving them their food didn’t even stand at the window and ask about my order. After they left. She went back and never can’t back. 20 minutes later another worker comes to window and asks could help. Gave him my name and he looks around a bit goes to register hangs out. Comes back 5 minutes later and asks my name again. Goes to register and messes around again and 10 minutes later brings food. Didn’t give me my sauces. Had to sit there another 5 minutes waiting and honking to get his attention. Top it off pizzas were cold by that point. if I had not paid for my order I would have left. I will never come here again! Poor sad excuse for service. No wonder no one is in the parting lot. That being said why is there no one working the drive through? I don’t normally complain but I just wasted $30.

Wow, what happened Mazzio’s? The best thing you had going tonight for the buffet was the salad. This makes the second time we have given your buffet a shot only to be disappointed, you use to do so well…We arrived roughly around 5pm to old dried out pizza. Then after waiting through the salads for fresh pizza to (obviously) arrive it appeared no one even noticed. When fresh was requested, 20 minutes later you delivered burnt pizza. I’m guessing possibly a new crew or management? Guess, we will see if it’s gotten better at your I240 & Penn store.

When items are forgotten you don’t get a refund you get a credit that you can’t use online or in app due to “an unknown error” then when you call in to place an order they magically can’t find the owed credit. Shamefull.

Not bad, great food. When we first got there there was hardly any Pizza add wait a few minutes before the read it the buffet. The store itself was a bit messy especially the floors. But overall it was a great experience the waitresses / cashiers were really friendly and accommodating

I was very surprised with the experience! The nice ladies working the front staff rocked! They were courteous and very helpful. (Brown hair one and blonde hair one with nose ring) they were hustling to keep buffet clean and stocked. They had smiles on their faces and were helping every table in the lobby. The pizza was hot and fresh! I want to thank the kitchen staff and service staff on this Tuesday night when buffet is offered! I had a pleasant experience and will return. Thank you for being awesome!

45 min wait, all booths and tables not occupied were disgusting and we had to clean ourselves. Ordered 2 pizzas and only 1 showed up, so had to remind them we paid for 2 and Had to remind server we needed plates. Definitely will not be coming back to this location.

I had a very good time at Mazios today the staff were wonderful above and beyond 6 out of 5 stars. I felt very welcome with my service dog, the pizza buffet was thicker and better than other Mazios and this place isn’t overcrowded and has good internet.
This is a very good Mazios and I’m a big fan of it and would recommend it. I also recommend the one in Tecumseh though it’s overcrowded. Not all Mazios are good but this one is good and has fresh food. And very great staff that are polite and courteous
If I had to put a con to this Mazios it’d be that the bathroom has a bad smell to it and that’s about it.
