So its been a long time since ive ate at a mazzios. But I remember they were good. So the other day I decided to get a pizza and some pasta. Tell me why the pizza was original crust but was like cardboard. The whole pizza was hard to bite into. Normally the crust is my favorite but this was so hard, I thought it was going to break one of my teeth. So maybe 2 pieces got ate and I threw the rest in the trash.
I probably won’t be eating at mazzios for a while if I ever eat there again.

There’s a lady named Mary who works there, she’s special needs. She’s very nice. I appreciate Mazzios giving people with developmental disabilities employment. She’s been there a long time. She does a great job and works really hard.

I haven’t been to mazzios in a few years. It wasn’t as good as I remembered. The thick crust was doughy abs the cinnamon bread was doughy in the middle. The price is also not worth the food. I will not be returning.

BEST SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD!! Walking in there were two employees who greeted me cheerfully and told me about their establishment such as special deals. Our cashier was a young man and he happily helped me during ever step of the ordering process and helped me figure out what was the best choice for me. The salad bar was fresh and tasty expecially the macaroni and potato salad. The ranch food was brought out to me and served with a genuine smile and my was it delicious. This establishment actually cares for its customer and loves what they do, I will definitely return time and time again and recommend eating here to all who ask! Thank you for the great experience, it was refreshing.

I come in quite often for their salad bar.
The service is really good. Staff is always busy cooking, serving, and cleaning. I have not seen them slacking in any regard since I started coming here several months ago.
On salad bar, they provide several great options of ingredients for your salad, which is why I like Mazzio’s. The pizza is good as well. If you don’t see a type you want, you can request it for the buffet . Also, if I’m not needing to watch the weight 😉 , I love digging into their dessert pizzas! Goood stuff!
The reason I give it a 4 star is just for fact the establishment could really use a remodel. It is clean and neat, just dated and well used.

Went here on 7/13/25. My pizza wasnt exactly right at first so they apologized and fixed it. the staff was willing to make good on the mistake, and that is all i ask for. Good food. Good service. Good deal.
