Food was to be expected but the service was absolutely terrible! I will never spend my money here again. I asked when paying if there was sweet tea available and the cashier said the should be. When I went to fill my cup of course the sweet tea was empty. I told the same lady it was empty and she said ok, I waited 5 minutes, went back to the same lady again and asked if the tea was going to be changed. She didn’t say a word to me, turned around and walked to the back. I waited another 5 minutes and finally another person came out and started making new tea but nothing was ever said to me. By this time I have finished eating and just decided to leave.

We went inside to order for a to go order. Then male cashier was fast, friendly and gave my son a drink for the wait. Our food came out in a reasonable time frame and was hot. Tasted great.

Just tried to order the crustless pizza, but the worker said we don’t have that. Refused to ask their manager. Yet you can order it online and pick up at that location. Educate your employees, and offer better customer service. They were hateful.

I ordered two large pizzas: one Works and one Greek. Based on the attached pictures, I believe I was given a large and a medium. Moreover, both pizzas are pretty flavorless and mushy. Mazzio’s used to make really good pizza. In fact, the Greek pizza used to be my favorite pizza anywhere, but based on this visit, well, they have really gone downhill. Unfortunate.

We walked in and 3 people were at the counter. Said they would be with us in just a minute. All 3 walked away and didnt even ask if we were ready to order. I had been standing at the cou ter for at least 5 minutes. We decided to leave and spend out money elsewhere.

We are used to going to the one in Edmond and it is always hot and fresh. My wife and I went to the Choctaw location and what a mistake. The pizza was old and cold, the salad bar was disgusting. Lettuce with unknown stuff on it and wilted looking. I would highly recommend going somewhere else until they deal with their problem. Management being one.

I wish I could give zero stars. My husband and I decided to try Mazzios in Choctaw today the buffet looked horrendous and when they finally brought out new Lettuce for the bar there was a dark green nasty film on it. It amazes me how people can’t make food. This is supposed to be 14in large pepperoni with jalapeños on half. With extra sauce. Instead I got this what’s up with 1 slice with 15 slices of jalapeños ? This pizza measures 12in and that’s what the mediums are supposed to be ……Mazzios need help !

This place hasn’t changed much in the past 15 years or so, I remember it being a lot nicer and a lot cleaner as a child and was disappointed in the lack luster care and attention to detail inside this restaurant. The salad bar was unfortunately trashed, The employees seemed tired or high who knows. The manager was yelling and running around making a real fool out of herself. everyone in the dining area could here this woman fliping out from inside of the kitchen. I really wish I could give this at least 3 stars but the pizza was so immensely greasy I was sick after eating it. this was also a small pizza shared between 2 people too. Not to mention it also took about 35 min to get this order. Unacceptable. This will be the next place that goes under in Choctaw.

My wife and I stopped in there on 8-31-25, we went in and ordered buffets not realizing they were fixing to shut it down, the woman behind the counter never mentioned that they’re would be no fresh pizza put on the buffet, when my wife asked about fresh pizza she was told that the buffet was fixing to close and and that she was sorry. It’s BS, she knew when she rang us for buffets that we were sick with pizza that had been on there long enough to curl the pizza up, never go to this place the service is horrendous. Absolute disgrace to the Mazzios Corp.
