About us Mazzios Italian Eatery It was 1961. Alan Shepard was the USA’s first man in space. Dion’s “Runaround Sue” topped the music charts. Volkswagen’s funny little car invaded America in droves. And a young school teacher opened a small, one-man pizza restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which was to be the birthplace of the growing, dynamic Mazzio’s LLC of today. That original restaurant—named The Pizza Parlor—delighted many Tulsans with the very first pizza they ever ate. The school teacher was Ken Selby, who ran his new business virtually alone and after a full day of teaching.

First time ordering from Mazzios. I ordered a pizza for delivery and when it arrived, one slice was missing. The box was closed, but it was clear that a piece had been taken. I’m really disappointed because this shouldn’t happen with a sealed delivery order. I hope you look into this and ensure better quality control moving forward.

This is the most slept on place for pizza in Jonesboro. Had the 4 meat 4 cheese ring calzone for lunch. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. She informed us the guy that does the dough has been there for 26 YEARS! Let me tell you this, you can tell because it was made perfectly. The cheese was melted all the way through with the meats place in such a way you got a bit of each with every bite. The salad bar was open with everything fresh. My only complaint is we were the only ones there…. A place this amazing needs and deserves more customers! Try them out you won’t regret it!

Visited this pizzeria for take out pizza and wings. I have eaten at this restaurant many times before and it just doesn’t seem as good as it was in the past. I’m honestly not sure what it was but the food tasted rather bland. The service was fast when I arrived but the food left something to be desired.

The building is in need of some serious tlc and deep cleaning. The food was decent, I wouldn’t complain. But we have been twice recently and both times we have went they have been terribly slow.

Well I had taken my grandchildren to the trampoline park right before we came to Mazzio’s, and by the time we made it there it was already 8:30. I didn’t realize that they closed at 9 and they were cleaning up so they could close. So I’m trying to gather my grands up so we could leave and the older gentleman, who I’m assuming was the manager, insisted that we could stay and sit down and eat. My husband and I kept asking were they sure and he kept saying absolutely. When I say that was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had, I am not exaggerating! They were so kind and patient and extremely polite. They were attentive to our needs and even though they would have been justified, they did not have bad attitudes at all! They kept coming to the table to make we didn’t need anything or to make sure that everything tasted good to us. We didn’t leave until around 9:30 but they were still kind and polite up to the moment we left! They even complimented my grandchildren for being so good(which they weren’t! ). That is an experience that I will definitely never forget. I really hate that I didn’t get their names, but kudos to the team at Mazzio’s Pizza in Jonesboro that served us on March 29, 2025. Thank you so much for being patient with us and may God forever bless you for the kindness that you all showed us that night!

Well for starters they charged us 5.99 for 4 pieces of garlic toast that looked like the same stuff you buy from the grocery store and make yourself. The plate they gave my husband that was suppose to be “clean” had left over food on it. Then I look over and see pizza boxes laying on the floor and unfolded boxes right beside a dirty broom and vacuum. They will not be getting our business again that’s for sure.

I have never been to a Mazzios, and didn’t know what to expect. Pleasantly surprised. Traveling stop mid day, so there were few people there. Server was a doll! Sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. We had questions about the Greek pizza, cauliflower crust. Oh boy was it wonderful! Clean bathroom. Nice environment with both booths and chairs.

7/6/2024. 7:00 pm, we went to dine in at this establishment. We seated our selves. The young man greeted us upon entering and then sped off to the back. Appeared to be one server working the 30 other patrons in the room. 15 minutes later, no one came to the table for drinks nor menu. Other customers that had eaten were looking for service with refills. “No one came!”
I did see the young man and server at the drive through many times. So, the issue is employees. On a Saturday evening, an establishment should have back up cooks and servers.
I guess this venue only performs well at lunch and for delivery.
Will return? Maybe.
