About us Mazzios Italian Eatery It was 1961. Alan Shepard was the USA’s first man in space. Dion’s “Runaround Sue” topped the music charts. Volkswagen’s funny little car invaded America in droves. And a young school teacher opened a small, one-man pizza restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which was to be the birthplace of the growing, dynamic Mazzio’s LLC of today. That original restaurant—named The Pizza Parlor—delighted many Tulsans with the very first pizza they ever ate. The school teacher was Ken Selby, who ran his new business virtually alone and after a full day of teaching.

The restaurant was nasty right when you walked in, that should have been our first sign. The pizza was cold and hard, could not even chew it. Salad bar looked so horrible that I did not even make one. Lettuce was wilted, carrots, looked black and moldy, all the utensil handles were covered in dressing, or some kind of sticky mess, and the silverware holder look like it hadn’t been wiped down or cleaned for some time. The lighting was horrible. You couldn’t hardly even see inside. The soda machine was completely out of drinks, they were putting ice in an ice chest, where everybody had to scoop out their own ice, and the sweet tea was in nasty disgusting holders without dates or labels.

Poor customer service. Food quality is horrible. Manager was rude. Hung up on me. When order was placed I asked that my food not be dry. It was extremely dry. NO SAUCE ALL!!! She said she put extra sauce. Was only making her aware not asking for a refund. When I asked for manager she said ,I am and hung up.

Ordered a pizza tonight knowing that they were slammed. We had no problem waiting the HOUR that it took. Unfortunately pizza was not checked as we got slammed at work till 07:55 pm. Called to let them know that the pizza was Completely wrong. Like ordered BBQ chicken pizza (bbq sauce, cheese, chicken) … there was no sauce on the pizza maybe a bland white sauce and bacon and onions. The staff in the background was completely rude, even though we were not asking for the pizza to be remade tonight, as they were closed and we understood that. Will be calling in the am because that was completely out of line. And not the first time.

There is a lady, who is believed to be one of the managers there that decides to make orders for what she wants. She is lazy, vapes on the food, loudly complains and never gets orders right. She refused to give proper service, and it was never backed up. This lady needs to learn some general appreciation for the customers that make her able to pay her bills. Never will we EVER, come here again. This place has gone down since the last manager. Maintenance also needs to come by and repair their AC system from leaking on the public as well. All these reasons and more for my 1-star rating. Heck, if I could give 0 stars, I would. You will see them ALL if you come here. Keep away and enjoy Johnny’s y’all! Because the service there and the people there are much nicer than at Mazzios.

I can’t complain. Went there after church on Sunday. We got in quick. Service was good. Food was good. They were having a buffet and they even asked what we wanted to eat so they could put it out for us. Pizza was tasty and fresh. Restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. Price was normal. There only reason I didn’t give five stars is they didn’t come get it plates until after we left. Overall good place to stop and eat would recommend to anyone.

My husband and I are Great Grandparents and do not live in Crossett, but as part of our family tradition of taking our grandchildren to Finley’s Lighting Display we go to Mazzio’s for pizza and wings! We have been coming here for “8” years! The food NEVER disappoints and the service was fantastic. As soon as we left Finley’s driveway we made a call in order and within 15 minutes we were eating!

I ordered wings, pizza, and pasta. The pasta was nothing special and didn’t have any flavor and the garlic bread that came with it was hard as a brick. The wings were decent but papa johns is definitely way better. And the pizza is just pizza. For the price ($58.14) i could have gotten way better food so i definitely won’t be returning…
