After waiting nearly an hour for our food we were asked what we had ordered, since they obviously hadn’t even started our food we asked for our money back. The pizza faced 12 year old they have managing the cash register got an attitude about it, and threw an audible tantrum to the “manager,” who still did nothing but lie and say our food was on the way out. We were refused a full refund because we “ate our salads.” (the salad bar was not stocked and all of the silverware was dirty).

Was terrible. Food was cold. No clean plates no straws. Employees was making fun of me for asking for a refund. Spent almost 60 dollars and 2 kids didnt even get to eat. Asked for calizone on buffet. Never got it. People come in after us and asked for pizza and got it. Will not return.

Good pizza and salad buffet but has some room for improvement compared to other Mazzios. Salad bar runs out of food and is not refilled very quickly and tables need to be bussed quicker. Staff is nice.

Well there are some pros and cons so the pro is the food was ok but not hot enough the fries are okay not warm enough and the wait was a little a bit long. The cons are the bathroom was a horrible mess smelled awful if you wanted to have a cup of ranch but already ordered, THEY WILL CHARGE. The ranch was thinned down.

We were driving through on the turnpike and needed place to eat. the staff was super friendly and kind to our 7 year old daughter. Food was fine, we were happy they had a salad bar!

Too expensive, do not offer online ordering and advertised specials, Pizza Hut marinara tastier. 3 stars for the friendly staff, cheese dippers, ranch and creamy Italian.

We were waiting to order, an employee came up to counter looked at us turned her back and started a conversation with another employee they both had their backs to us. Then one of them smarted off and took our order while still talking to the other employee, got the order wrong then said she would get a manager to fix our mistake. When the third person appeared to fix the register, I said they were being rude. They have been glaring at us ever since.

Bixby mazzios has an amazing buffet. No buffet on Sunday but every weekday lunch and Tuesday nites. Staff is very friendly and restuarant is very clean. They keep the Buffet fully stocked.

Me and my wife went and had the buffet it was pretty sad we usually eat the one in Cushing they were like night and day I would definitely recommend not eating the mazzios in bristow Cushing rocks bristow sucks
