Hopefully I’m spelling this right but I got to try one of their Chef Specials called the Harrisa & Chickpea Salad which the Harrisa was jam packed with flavor. The chickpeas and everything else with it was EXTREMELY fresh, I wish I could eat this every day. All their staff are super friendly ; you can tell they really care about providing a good experience for you. They allow you to customize it how you want which is nice as well, especially for people who have dietary restrictions. The portions are pretty big so I couldn’t finish it all in one setting. Without a drink, you’ll stay in the price range of $15-$19 but with a drink you’ll probably end up paying a little over $20. I paid $25 and some cents, a little pricey but well worth the money. A little heads up on the parking though ; it’s packed nearby. I barely found parking because someone was backing out.

Food was good, a bit overpriced for what you get. The main issue? How you gonna have the nerve to charge me $20 for a mid salad and have forks so pathetic they can’t hold up to chickpeas? Upcharge me $1 for 1 tablespoon of red cabbage, but give me a fork that can’t penetrate lettuce or allow for a bite that includes more than one ingredient? Invest in something more sturdy or charge me the $12 this salad was worth.

Mazi is one of my favorite restaurants in Cincy! The FRESH ingredients, their unique flavors, and the warm embrace of their team are speechless! My recommendation is to try a rice bowl, salad, or a pita with their Harissa chicken! It is definitely a 10/10!

Let’s start with Hadley!! First she greeted us, then She walked us through the menu and helped us pick our items. She helped us choose our toppings and sauces as well. She operates with the pride that you would expect from an owner. She represents Mazi VERY WELL!!! On to the food … fresh fresh fresh… we got the Harissa Chicken bowl and added roasted Brussels sprouts and roasted corn… delish!
Almost forgot… the pita chips were fresh (there’s that word again) made with a hint of salt. Great compliment.

Mazi’s new Dubai chocolate strawberries are such an amazing addition to their already killer menu. It’s rare to find a place where you love their dessert just as much as you love the food. Mazi excels at BOTH! Thank you Roger for all your thoughtfulness and bringing such great food to Cincinnati. Seriously our favorite place to eat because we know we’re getting high quality food from even better people!
