The word Mazevo means to gather in Greek. At Mazevo, our mission is to bring people and cultures together in a safe, comfortable space. Our concept began during the craziness of spring 2020, a time when all of us were feeling extreme division, and isolation from one another. Our Founder Khagendra Gurung (KG) envisioned a relaxing environment that satisfied all of the senses, but also touched on the deepest human need, connection. We are committed to bringing our community, and the diverse cultures of the Mediterannean together. We invite you and your loved ones to experience the food and culture of the Mediterannean, from Greece to Morocco and everything in between.

Great vibe inside and on their patio. The openness feels really nice. The chicken skewers were very juicy and served with a delicious yogurt sauce. The appetizer plate with the veggies and pita was a delicious way to start our meal together. They allowed us to chill, work slowly through our meal while we were enjoying the company of a friend. The nonalcoholic drinks were really delicious too.

First time dining here and the food, service, and quality hit the spot. We ordered almost everything and we enjoyed it all. Standouts were the labneh and beets, lamb over hummus, chicken kebab and that whipped EVOO/lemon/garlic sauce. We enjoyed mango mojitos and their limited but good selection of wine. Friendly service and seems like all the employees love the food there as well!

I’ve been here twice now and the food is always phenomenal! Their humus is great! The pita is soft, fresh, and even seasoned! The chicken shawarma sandwich, the shawarma plate, and the felafel plate are all amazing choices! They have home cut fries that are seasoned just perfect. Not overly salted like a lot of places. The appetizer list has a great selection of stuff to choice from all presented well for a fair price! I got two appetizers, a sandwich, and a plate for about $50. I will definitely be coming back here when I am in the area. I wish it was closer to where I live in Castle Rock.

Excellent food, delicious the classics appetizer the Mazevo platter (hummus, baba ganoush , dolmas, falafel, the pita bread and olives…. Lamb Kebabs the couscous all are very tasty. I order eggplant with tomatoes sauce and other veggies, the eggplant wasn’t evenly cooked….it’s the only critique that I can make. Good service, cocktail menus with many options.

This is not only the best Mediterranean food I’ve had in denver, it’s my new favorite restaurant of all time. We ordered the babaganoush, the hummus, the gyro plate, chicken kebab, and chicken schwarma and every dish was absolute perfection! Everything was bursting with flavor down to every grain of rice and bite of pita. The portions are massive and the ambiance is lovely, I just can’t wait to go back!

So, I don’t think I can give 5 stars to a Mediterranean restaurant with not very great falafel. This place should still be given a chance despite their falafel that is fried to a crisp on the outside and kinda mushy inside.

Our first time here and it was a hit! We made a reservation for 4, wasn’t necessary at that time but just in case. Had cocktails. The food was fantastic!! They were out of chicken kabobs at 5:30 on a Saturday. The Service was a little slow to start but did get better. Atmosphere was good, we enjoyed it. Definitely would eat here again.

A very fun, stylish but unpretentious setting for a dinner out! We sat on the half-open patio among the plants and we tried the Mazevo mezze platter (pictured), the Kofta Kebabs and the Harissa carrots. The carrots were sweet and savory in the best way, but everything was good and the drinks are creative. We had plenty for 2 plus one portion for lunch.
