Ordered take out and had a great experience. We ordered the taquitos and enchiladas meals. The orders had some modifications and both were correct. The order was ready for pick up on time and it was packed perfectly. Both meals were still warm when we got home and the taste was great. We have stopped here for take out and dine in and have had good experiences. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. I recommend this location.

I enjoyed eating lunch here. The food tasted great, the portion was just right and the service was top notch. But what I enjoyed the most about this place, was to see and hear happy employees. Most of the employees at this place are from Mexico, which bodes well for the food, but that combined with a good vibe among them makes for a nice atmosphere. Nobody likes to eat at a place where the employees are unhappy; even if the food is great. I enjoyed hearing the employees exchange stories in the back and laugh as they joked with each other. My waitress was very attentive and friendly. She stopped to chat with me about Mexico and all the places she’s lived in the US. And as you can see from the pic, I also very much enjoyed the food. Is it a 5-star restaurant in the sense that the food is gourmet or fancy bistro-style? No, but it serves great tasting Mexican food along with excellent service in a great atmosphere. So to me that deserves 5 stars.

Good Atmosphere. Food was OK, BUT we normally eat at the Mazatlan on TV HWY and 205th. The food there seems to be way more tasty. The service here was good for getting our food but had to flag down a waiter to get our bill. So only 3 stars for this place and will stick to going to the one on TV Hwy when in the mood for Mexican food.

We came here regularly for 13+ years, even getting take out regularly during covid to support them. Now, however, the service is lacking, food is sometimes cold and they often seem to forget about us and take forever to take our order. We often went at Happy hour and it would tak 20-30 minutes before they’d take our order and when they finally did, it was then past happy hour prices and they’d charge us regular prices, which didn’t seem right since it was their fault. For any refills on drinks, I have to hunt someone down to ask for them. And, the worst part of all, they often overcharge. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! Several times I have been charged more than what the menu price was. We are talking $4-5 difference overall, not just a few pennies.After the second time, I asked them about it and they said they were in the middle of changing the menus and the prices had changed. Months later we went again and SAME THING happened- overcharged and menu STILL not changed. This time, I insisted that i get the difference back-if your menu shows a price, that is what you have to charge, you can’t make the excuse you are changing your menu prices for months on end and not do it and then charge a different price. That is disingenuous and wrong, and especially not right after knowing it was an issue MONTHS ago and never changing it. After the lady argued with us and gave us a nasty attitude when we asked to be credited the price difference between what it showed on the menu and what we were charged, we decided after 13+ years, we were no longer supporting them and haven’t been back since. That was since Jan 2023. I bet they still have the “wrong” prices on the menu. It is sad how much it has changed over the years.

I really like their bean dip that they provide as part of your meal. It tastes really good to dip your chips in. I think my favorite dish or actually the only dish I ever order, is the carne asada and it is always wonderful. I need these days I will try out their enchiladas and Tacos although as you can see from my son’s picture that taco looks pretty epic. He ate the whole thing without hesitation. The server week it’s always been friendly and she gives me extra chips to go when I asked. The next day I could do enjoy being dip with the chips again for a hearty meal. That chocolate milk was really good but a little bit different from what I’m used to. It was really hot and took a while to cool down.
