Our Food is made out of flavors and traditions, from a genuine passion and admiration to Mexican cuisine and culture. But, The Pacific Northwest Mexican Food is also a name, a dream and realization since 1968. It’s a vivid story concocted by a man: Don Andrés Cárdenas. As our founder, he was also the creator of our first specialties, including some of the most important dishes which are well known in the State and through the Mazatlan chain. The essence of our cuisine is based on the authenticity and quality of our ingredients, a celebration of age long techniques and traditions, and the passion and respect for the Mexican culture.

Overall, the food we had didn’t have any flavor. The molé was really sweet, the shredded chicken was unseasoned, the rice was bland, and the beans didn’t have any flavor other than bean flavor. It wasn’t that busy, and we waited 20 minutes after picking at our food for a server to finally tell us we were supposed to just walk up and pay. The menus we were given were dirty with dried finger smeared food on them, and the chips and salsa: stale and watery salsa with barely a teaspoon of ingredients in it. The only reason some of the food was eaten was out of desperation because the entrees were not worth $20/plate.

This place is delicious. A good place to stop and catch up. My wife and I stopped here for lunch and it wasn’t crowded. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and was clean. The staff was friendly.

Changing my review because this was our spot we came to at least once every week to 2 weeks and my husband found a hair in his food, the restaurant smelt foul of a porta potty and it spoiled my appetite. The service wasn’t that great. We used to love this place but we stopped after the last experience.
