I’m from Jalisco, hoped this place would be good. Sent my husband to pick up food. $26 for three ground beef tacos or pulled chicken, with beans. What a joke!! No self respecting authentic place would charge $26 for tacos, let alone serve ground beef. Girl at thr front laughed at my husband because he said that was crazy. Well, he dodged a bullet after seeing pictures of the food people have posted. Restaurant smells like a wet rag.

My wife and I used to go here all the time. Quality of the food has recently gone downhill. We usually both order Deluxe Burrito Manadero which was charged at $22 each.
The price has gone up considerably, but the quality was disturbing. Mine was ordered with ground beef, and there was perhaps a teaspoon of beef in the entire burrito. My wife’s had a little more shredded beef, but still very little.
We took pictures of the food as they were essentially gigantic rice burritos for over $40. I sent these pictures in with my explanation to the restaurant via Facebook Messenger. The icon showed me that my message was read, yet no one bothered to respond to us.
This is the second bad experience recently we have had with this restaurant. And we have quite frankly had it. I am tired of being taken for a fool here. To give them over $40 and have them give us back rice burritos is insulting.
My wife and I recently discovered a wonderful Mexican restaurant called Si Senior and the quality and customer service is completely completely unmatched.
Please do yourself a favor and stop giving money to Mazatlan. The integrity of this restaurant is currently diminished.

I’ve never got served so fast. As soon as we sat down, boom, chips & salsa. All the staff were very friendly and it was a good vibe as well. I loved the chi chi drink we got too!! I definitely recommend this restaurant for dinner nights:)

I have been in different Mazatlan restaurants locations but this is our favorite over all, because they pay attention to the details from getting in they serve chips and two different salsas, the shrimp fajitas and the COCKTAILS are awesome!!! This is my favorite choices but everything is good, the only part I did not like is when the offer you to refill your drink… but they never tell you they will charge for another drink so every time they refill it, they will charge you for a full price of new drink, to me this is unappropied not to explain this to a customer before they offer you to refill your drink.

The service is amazing. The food was served fast. The drinks were great. The food was just okay. My Mole Chicken seemed more like chocolate pudding with chicken bits. The pork carnitas were better than the Mole. However 4 stars cause Mole is hard to make. and puppy loved the doggy bag.
