Overpriced food for low quality. Chili Relleno was soggy should’ve been crispy with more spice. Chili was wet a bland along with the overall food itself I was very sad and disappointed it came out like a microwave dinner. Please make adjustments to having better quality food or business will shut down.

I brought my daughter here for an early dinner. After our food was brought to us we were never asked how our food was or if we needed anything. I had to ask another server for our check. It was a disappointing dining experience. The restaurant was noisy and we were seated right next to the servers station. The waiter walked by us several times and never looked our way to check on us. I will never be back.

Great Experience at the Mazatlan!
Staff: staff were very friendly, quick to get you to a table, checked frequently, and refilled drinks. Our waiter was professional and did a phenomenal job.
Environment: was great and very ornate. The booths are tight for the average guys, probably uncomfortable if you were on the bigger side.
Food: food was good. Came out hot and steaming, tasted fresh, large helpings (could easily split a meal), and good flavor.

Overpriced! Over charged me for chicken and shrimp Fajitas. Food tasted ok. The salsa was pretty bland had to ask for hot sauce and forgot to bring out tortillas. The server was not very attentive.

The picture of my fiance & myself was taken on July 6th, my birthday. We love going to the Mazatlan Restaurant so much we decided to go on my birthday. This restaurant has “By Far” the Very Best Mexican food that I have ever eaten! No other Mexican restaurant comes close! The service is OUTSTANDING, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The prices are very reasonable compared to the Great Food that you are getting. My burrito was so good that I ate it in less than 5 minutes; more like inhaled it, and you get a lot of food. If you want the Very Best Mexican food go to the Mazatlan Restaurant in Auburn, Washington. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!!!!! We’ll be going back & back & back again……

Came in for some lunch, it’s a pretty spacious restaurant with a lot of seating. I liked the ceilings, there were cut outs that lifted giving the appearance of sky lights. Our server was really friendly and personable, prompt with taking our order and answering any questions we had. We had the chips, salsa and guac to start; their guac was very good but their salsa was so so. It had A LOT of onion in it and that was the predominant taste. I had the crab enchilada and my fiancé had the chilé verde and their food fell a little short of expectation. My enchiladas were good and so were the refried beans, but the rice was extremely bland and some of it was dry and crunchy. My fiancé wasn’t happy with his dish, less so than mine. He said the portion was abysmally small given the high price of the dish and that the pork and sauce was lacking in flavor. His family owns a Mexican restaurant and he said the prices at this restaurant were about 30% more expensive, which he said would’ve been fine if the portion wasn’t so small.

Went here with my wife for a dinner for the two of us and wasn’t sure what this wet chicken was suppose to be? It was all very bland and had no flavor at all. Chicken was all wet and soaked in a red sauce. Salsa was a clear liquid with some onions and chili flakes? We’ve never turned down food but this place was nasty. We didn’t want to make a scene and pretty much paid $40 to have some stale chips water and a taco. The rest was not touched and left to be thrown away. After paying with no inquisition to how our meal was immediately after we pulled out of the parking lot my wife projectile vomited all over the steering wheel and dash. I would not recommend much from here.

Service sucked food was not good. The restaurant itself was very clean and looked nice but food was very mid no flavor not hot i would say microwaved for sure and over priced very overpriced ! I think our server forgot about us at one point and it was not busy at all. I’d skip this one if you have a choice.
