Had such a fantastic late-night dinner here! We came in around 9 PM and the atmosphere was still lively and welcoming. The highlight was definitely the tableside guacamole—it was so fresh and fun to watch them make it right in front of us.
The drinks are impressive (and strong!)—I definitely recommend the margaritas with the Grand Marnier bottle. The food portions are huge and everything came out hot and flavorful. We ordered the tacos and the mixed grill platter, and both were delicious. Great spot for a date night or dinner with friends. We will definitely be back!

The service is absolutely fantastic (5). They had good music and an upbeat atmosphere (4). The food is amazing. The pork tacos (5) the chicken enchiladas (4) the watermelon margaritas (4.5) the guava margaritas (4.2). Overall a fantastic choice for a quality Mexican dish and a great experience. We will definitely be going back again.

Came here with coworkers and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Before we even sat down, the staff already had salsa and bean dip out for us — such a small thing, but it really set the tone for how attentive and welcoming they are.
The service was genuinely kind and on point the entire time. The food was amazing and very reasonably priced, which made it even better. To top it all off, they surprised us with a shot on the house, which was completely unexpected and appreciated.
Overall, an incredible experience from start to finish. Great food, great service, and great vibes. We’ll definitely be back.

Edit: been again many afternoons and evenings. Matazlan’s service and food shines!! Antonio is an awesome bartender! Super friendly and high quality drinks. Look at all the awesome foods pics! Valerie, Meme, the rest of the staff, and the boss Pelayo are all awesome and provide great service! Come here and enjoy great food and drinks! Friday night has a wonderful love mariachi band who are quite talented!
Original review: Amazing food and drinks, servers were super friendly. Food tasted authentic and was served blazingly fast. Granted we were here at 11am on a Monday. Drinks were strong. The molcajete for 2 could feed 4 if no one’s got a particularly powerful appetite.

We went here Labor Day weekend for lunch – Food was great – drinks were even better! Great service – this place is huge! If it wasn’t raining we would have sat outside on the patio area. I would definitely eat here again!

My husband, two daughters and I came here on a whim this past Friday and had a fantastic time! We had never been and cannot wait to go back! The food was awesome, the service was incredible (even offering us a complimentary appetizer and tequila shots for my husband and I). The drinks were delicious and strong! The mariachi band was icing on the cake!!!

Great food the costumer service was great. Very nice employees. We were sat promptly and served very quickly. The Mariachis were alot of fun listening to Mariachis and dinning was a plus my family and I loved it I we will be coming again to this place. Our server was Manny and he was very nice to us and very attentive to our service needs.

Top shelf authentic margaritas to sip with our complimentary chips, salsa and bean dip – everything including our meals was fresh, authentic and delicious! Definitely cured the taco Tuesday Mexican food craving. All confirmed via our empty plates. Will be back soon!

Thank you so much to all the staff and especially our server. We had a group of 19 last night and he never skipped a beat. Plus he was taking care of other tables on top of it. We were well taken care of.
