Had the red velvet mini cake. I was really excited, but then disappointed by how gritty the frosting was and all I could taste was sugar. The sponge was really dry too and the sponge to frosting ratio was way off. At least I tried it, but not for me — I threw it away. The 4.5 out of 5 stars for this place was really misleading. I’ll pass on trying anything else from this place.

I Ordered a heart cake and cupcakes for my daughters bridal shower. The dazed and engaged 70’s theme. 10/18/25. The Worst cake ever. Let me say that the cake fell apart, tasted like food coloring and the icing also was gritty. The cake was pieced together and fell apart wehn cut. Cupcake were also very dry. For the amount of money I paid for the cake and cupcakes, I believe I am owed a refund. I am sorry to say, nothing would make me come back. The recommendations for your bakery failed in every aspect. Honestly, no star is earned. Even the writing was poorly done.

I purchased a cake which looked beautiful with cupcakes! Everything was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful with a last minute order!

They have made cakes for me for different occasions and my guests always ask where I got the cake from because it’s so good! Their pastries and desserts are also yummy. I love their sweet bead variety, especially the Salvadorian pan dulce , some even taste better than the ones in El Salvador . And as for their desserts, you must try the mini cakes, cannolis, fruit tarts and lemon bars ! Delicious! The service is always great and welcoming. I always enjoy coming here.

I came here for the first time to order a birthday cake and had excellent customer service and she explained to me the different cake flavors and really was polite. We even got to spin a wheel for a free treat! The cake turned out perfect just like described and it was so moist and the perfect amount of sweet. We had many compliments from people asking where we got the cake from, we will go to Mayu’s for all our bakery needs!

My daughter had a nutcracker theme party for her birthday that is right around Christmas time. Mayu’s bakery made this beautiful cake that fit right in with the theme just based off the invitation I showed them. The cake was just as delicious as it was beautiful. Mayu’s bakery was very professional throughout the whole process.

I ordered my 6 month old baby’s birthday cake. They did not make it on time and see the pictures attached holes, cuts without any reason. They did not even informed us that cake is not ready, we waited there for half an hour. When i called them they said they have so many orders , so busy. Why you are taking that many orders if you guys can’t handle them on time? I liked them a lot but they do not have good communication and customer service.

Very unfriendly costumer service, extremely over priced and expensive for a 12 inch cake. And the worst part was how underwhelming the cakes tasted, so bland. And looked moldy. Also I went to get the trendy cake with the bows which they promote all over their place. The cake wasn’t ugly, but again expensive when it was the most average cake.
