We had a craving for a late-day breakfast and saw that this diner had high ratings on Google, so we tried it. I see why they’re highly rated – what a great place! Big portions, friendly staff, plenty of seating options (booth, table, counter) and delicious desserts! Our food was hot and fresh, plenty of coffee refills and I highly suggest the apple pie and vanilla ice cream! The only critique in terms of the menu was that there’s way too many options. I turned to the second page and was already overwhelmed with options. Might be beneficial to cut down options. Also the bathroom I used to do with a physical refresh as it shows its age. Make sure to stop by!

I was really impressed by the professionalism and care shown by one of the partners from Mays Landing Diner. He personally reached out to apologize for the experience I had there, which meant a lot. He explained that he also manages another diner in North Jersey and wanted to make sure his team handled things better moving forward.

It’s rare these days to see that level of accountability and genuine concern for customers. I truly appreciate the effort and respect he showed. Thank you, Costas Kaiafas, for taking the time to make things right!

This restaurant is incredible! Very spacious and clean! Service is fast, personable and friendly! Food selection is unbelievable in the amount of types food available…like 5 pages worth of a variety of different ethnicities! American, Italian, Greek, Mexican, and all are represented in the breakfast and dinner categories! Prices are standard issue Diner fare! Absolutely worth going out of your way for an incredible meal! Thank you Joey!

I haven’t been here in awhile to eat. And, I won’t be back to eat in house. My husband and I stopped here today for lunch. The only reason they got 2 starts was the waitress. I’m sad I didn’t get her name. The food HORRIBLE & over priced. I ordered a HOT open face Turkey Sandwich. It was cold! They didn’t even use Turkey gravy. They used a white gravy and all I could taste was cornstarch. $21.95!! Hubby ordered a chicken cheesesteak. They diced chicken breast and used canned cheese. $14.99.
I do not recommend the food. Only saving grace, the waitress was so sweet!

What a wonderful place to get together. Seems like everyone in the town loves this location. The service from greetings to our exit was phenomenal. Highly recommend to give it a try. Our favorite this far are the breakfast skillets 3 out of three meals ordered were all the rave. The crepes were delicious but didn’t live up to the bite and texture of the crepes we are used to. They were more like thin pancakes due to the slightly softer and fluffier texture. The overall taste was still delicious with the combinations offered. Home fries were like crisp tasty potatoes bites and these complimented the skillets we ordered because they kept the crispness even with all of the toppings and our over medium eggs. Overall we will return firstly due to the service and of course to dive into more options.

The French toast is phenomenal! Spaghetti with meat sauce has an excellent consistency, flavor is delicious and a perfect ratio of pasta and sauce to cover every bite. ❤️ Everytime I try something new is a surprising treat and the staff are phenomenal!

The pesto grilled cheese was delicious! The sausage sandwich comes with no sauce. The peppers and onions were raw and not grilled. It was ok, just different than what I expected.

I’m only doing 2 stars because my husband liked his food..but their “home made Mac and cheese” of the kids menu is literally Kraft right out of the box, and $11 at that…
My taco salad was horrible. The chili mixture was old and it had a funky taste to it & the shell reeked of frying oil … definitely not a $60 dinner ..

On our way back from Ocean City, we passed this quaint diner. Turned around and stopped in for dinner around 7 PM.

We had a short 2 minute wait to be seated. Server was there shortly, brought waters and the menus that were more like a rand-Mcnally atlas it was that thick and heavy. 8 full pages of menu items!!

The options were more than impressive. I ordered the broiled seafood platter that came with soup, salad, choice of potato, vegetable, dessert, and a soda or tea. Son ordered shrimp scampi with soup, salad, dessert, and drink. Wife got a surf and turf omelet.

The meals were fantastic. Timing of serving was spot on. Portions were very generous. Service was great. Would highly recommend.

As with any food service business today in 2023 America, staffing shortages continue to hurt small private restaurants. If you go during usual busy times and have to wait or see the staff struggling to keep up, please be kind. Those people are working short handed and doing their best. If you are in a hurry during peak times, go to a “fast food” joint.
