I cannot believe how AMAZING the food is. I’m only in Utica for a few days & this is my second time ordering from here. (I’ll be back tomorrow). I was raised in Haiti & I’m so picky about how the food is supposed to taste & listen to me…THIS IS IT! 100000/10. The flavors are perfect. & the owner is the sweetest & most hospitable person ever. Everything tasted amazing The beautiful business owner inside was so helpful and very generous with letting me try things before purchasing. Super positive energy and outstanding customer service. An Uber Driver recommended I try this restaurant out and I was not disappointed, the food is delicious and made with care. The owner is very proud of her restaurant, which is a rarity these days. She also called me to make sure I wasn’t allergic to shrimp that Shrimp Mac and Cheese was delicious!!! Good Ribs and Potato Salad. Steamed Cabbage and Rice to compliment the meal. My new regular lunch and dinner spot. Enjoy!

First timer! I got the chicken stew with black rice, a beef pâté, and a few griot (fried pork). I’m familiar with the Haitian cuisine, and I’ve been craving it so much. Found this place on google just looking to grab something to eat for lunch and headed there as quick as I could. The owner May, she’s really friendly and has a great sense of humor. Even if you aren’t familiar with this type of cuisine she’ll be more than happy to explain anything to you! The food was great, clean establishment, and it’s only been there for a year. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the Mac & Cheese and everything else on the menu. Don’t be shy! Stop in and have an experience!
