Pretty good, service was better than the food, which was surprisingly under seasoned. Good little place, clean and decorated nicely. Cafe con Leche was awesome, breakfast sandwich on brioche with croquetas was the star of the show. My ham and cheese omlette had no cheese,salt, or pepper… but they were busy, so I let it go. The young lady from North Carolina is a gem, great service, and a really friendly demeanor. Will return to give it another shot solely due to her attentive and kind service.

AWESOME BREAKFAST! FRESH! HOT! PRICED RIGHT! The food was amazing, large portions. We could have split a meal and still had leftovers. The french toast was the best. This was absolutely the best part of my week in Miami on my workcation-birthday trip. The owners Manny Cid(the actual Mayor of Miami Lakes) and retired baseball pitcher Danny Delgado made the stop worthwhile with their hospitality. I will be back, definitely on a first Tuesday of the month.

This was the best cafe I’ve ever been to in my 45 years of life. The tall blonde boy was very kind and nice and helpful. Also the server named grechum was extremely nice 10/10 would recommend to anybody.

Our first visit and it didn’t disappoint!! Great little place! I ordered the eggs Benedict and hubby ordered the burrito and both delicious. Our server Eileen was Awesome and made us feel very welcomed. We will make this one of your regular places to visit! Thank you for the Delicious Food and Great service!!

Very good neighborhood diner. Partly owned by the Miami Lakes mayor, who actually works there on weekends. Good breakfast and lunch menu. Loved the grits and the 2 stacker pancakes order.

Great food with a small town feel to it. Our waitress Gretchen was wonderful, very friendly and prompt. I had the French Poulet (chicken was juicy and flavorful, ate it all. French Toast was great, not too sweet.) Husband had the Country Fried Chik, very happy with his choice. Great atmosphere, loved the country music in the background nice to feel like you’re somewhere else for a bit. During the weekdays it’s calm and nice to slow down our fast pace life.

In the area for work and found this gem while looking for a breakfast place. Seems to be a locals favorite. The service was awesome and the French toast was amazing. I wish this was a local place for me!

Really nice place in the area. It’s very tiny so had to wait quite a bit for a table. We were about to leave just because there were only 2 servers and the older one look like she was in a bad mood and I was afraid we were going to get her but thankfully the other server took us and she was extremely nice and helpful especially since it was our first time. The food was good and prices too
