I got the cajun pastrami burger with hush puppies and my friend got the shrimp grilled cheese. Both were very yummy and different from anything we can usually get around here. The server was very friendly and loved her southern accent. Our food was made fresh but very fast. The only bad thing I can say is the burger was more than I could finish, but it will be great to eat later. I also had to use several napkins because of all toppings and sauces on it.

The food looks pretty basic from first glance but it tastes amazing! They actually know how to make a burger and their patties are extremely good. The lady at the front I forgot her name was pretty nice to us going out of her way to explain the menu to us and they have a pretty good fry sauce and the fries are actually seasoned. They also work to keep the place clean as there was someone who would come out often to sweep

This place is the best Cajun food I’ve eaten outside of the South. Delicious hush puppies. The gator bites were fantastic. My daughter’s shrimp and grits were my favorite. Creamy grits with a stupendous remoulade. Red beans and rice and the jambalaya were well done. I recommend this if you want some good Cajun soul food in Cache County.

This was a very fun experience and a great experience. The hostess was extremely enthusiastic and helpful, I appreciated that she took the time to inform me about the seasoning and gave me recommendations. I tried the BBQ burger and it had shredded pork on it with a patty, it was such a great deal, also the fries have a my Cajun seasoning on them, and how fun is this blue ranch. The kid’s tenderloins were not frozen, they were delicious for my son. Thanks! I need to go back and get the recommended blackened chicken.

**********It all starts with the service aspect. I have never been here before and the mature lady at the front was happy to offer recommendations. I am not the person who is going to order grits 99 out of 100 times. But this day I did order Shrimp and Grits and I was delighted by the result. To my surprise I didn’t know Guy Fieri had been here either and appears to give his positive nod for good food also. Thank you for the experience…

What can I say? Well for my husband and I who have not found Cajun food anywhere these days, even though he is an otr truck driver and we’re in every state, this place is heaven on earth for any true southern traditionalist!!! We were greeted by James who by far knows Cajun food and knows how to be the best, funniest and most gracious southern host we have seen. This place has it all! Frogs legs to melt in your mouth, divine fresh catfish, red beans and rice ( with the bay leaf intact which most cooks forget) and shrimp and (yellow) grits that will send your mouth and mind into a ” Cajun coma”! The atmosphere is not “country” but Cajun as it should be. Order your food, sit down anywhere and with almost no wait the food arrives as fresh as we’ve seen anywhere. Triple D (Food Channel) show has been here and Guy signed the wall, there’s photos galore to look at, above the fill it yourself sweet tea and soft drinks. You’ll further feel at home by the serve yourself silverware, hot sauce and the best thing of all a roll of paper towels on each table! This is the best little bayou restaurant most certainly in Utah if not all the states. Try it out, and even though we’re told the hamburgers are awesome….go Cajun, you won’t regret it!!

This place is simply scrumptious. Definitely as good as going to Bayou Country to get it
I had the shrimp Po-Boy, wife had grilled cheese shrimp sandwich. Of course we got the hush puppies. You just don’t find these kind of eating establishments in Utah.
Highly recommend. Next time we will have the shrimp & grits.
Worth the drive to Logan Utah. We live 45-50 miles away.

Yum, yum !! Heard about this place through Triple D. This was spot on deliciousness food.
Started with gator bites, not a lot of flavor, little chewy…not in a bad way. I had the blackened chicken pasta, like Guy said..good flavor, chicken tender, pasta well cooked. The flavors had some mushroom and tomato for texture and taste. A must try!
Smoked chicken poboy, loved the flavor of the chicken, with a touch of kick, marriage of flavors with the acid from the pickle, tomato.
For dessert we ended with the beignets… talk about a light, airy of desert heaven.
This is place to visit over and over.
I want to stress the gentleman James S. Who took our order, welcoming, personable, and he really seemed to enjoy his job.
That speaks about the owner and management team.
You will not walk out hungry, the portions are huge, served hot and fresh
A must visit!!
