Went to go to the Cabbage Shed, and the wait was an hour! We saw a burger bar less than a year old and went there. The bartender and employees were very welcoming and helpful. The menu was very diverse, and everything sounded great. I got the 3 Alarm Fire burger with fries and an order of onion rings. The food was very good and my burger was cooked just right. They had a decently sized drink menu, and I got a PBR. The inside was spacious, but we decided the outside. The bathroom was clean and the pictures were very funny bathroom scenes from movies. We’ll be returning.

We stopped here when traveling up Highway 22, and so glad we did. The burgers were excellent, so juicy and hot off the grill. My mom ordered the chicken salad sandwhich and loved the unique ingredients and the large amount of chicken in the salad – way more than you get at most places. Definitely worth stopping in if you are in the area!

Absolutely fantastic all around. From the moment we walked through the door we were met with warmth and kindness. We are a combined group of 12 so we know we can be a bit of a challenge but Nick and Brad were nothing but awesome. Food – 10/10, this might be the best burger I’ve ever had. We will stop here every time (more than once) when we are in the area, highly recommend you do, too!

Haven’t been here since it was the Mayfair Tavern, and we loved it! Food, drinks, and service were phenomenal. It was pretty busy, but we were still seated right away and food came out quickly! The waitress was great! We missed out on the boozy milkshakes because the machine was down. Looking forward to going back soon! Prolific bathroom art.

The service was fast, friendly and efficient here. I personally feel the menu is very limited. I ordered malt and salt fries not knowing they just coat them in a malt dry rub. Needless to say I was rather disappointed when they were brought out to me. I was thinking it would be a basket of fries that would have malt vinegar (liquid) and salt on them. The basic burger was very tasty.
Parking can be tricky since it’s street parking only. You order your food by scanning a QR code or by walking up to a window. This place is open 7 days a week starting at noon.

Ordered a Ludkey burger both of us they were so over cooked hard and dry we our selfs will not be going back the young man that waited on us was great. Food sucked very disappointed

The burgers are advertised as “smash burgers”, however they are premade burgers from Gordon Food’s that likely came frozen. Not very good…the bun was probably the best part. The parm truffle fries were good, but I won’t return. No way am I paying their prices for a store bought burger with no flavor. It wouldn’t be such an issue if they weren’t a “burger bar” advertising smash burgers. Such a disappointment.

Four of us went for lunch and everyone loved their meals. We appreciated the variety of options available. The buffalo chicken wrap had a nice kick, and the fries were perfectly crispy. A couple of us tried the special fries—one person found the malt seasoning a bit strong, but I enjoyed the bold, unique flavor. It was definitely more exciting than just sprinkling vinegar on fries!
