I had the blackened mahi with crab meat and a baked sweet potato. They were out of the stuffed potatoes. We found many of the restaurants to be out of several food items because the weekend had been busy, and they were waiting for shipments to come in. My mahi and potato were very good. I am very picky about my fish tasting”fishy”, and that certainly wasn’t an issue. My husband had the rib eye and a sweet potato. His was also very good. There were no prices on the steaks, and his ended up costing him $66.00. It’s our fault for not asking, but he would have probably ordered it anyway. The highlight of the night was our server, Emily. She was friendly, happy, and made certain my husband’s tea was always refilled. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great. It was by far the best dining experience we have had during our visit.

One of my favorite parts of visiting my family in Natchitoches is the meat pies. The Mini meat pies here i would give a 9.3/10. The crust was nice and flaky and the meat was perfectly seasoned with just a little kick. I tried the sauce they come with but prefer them plain. My steak was cooked perfectly and tender all the way through with amazing buttery beef flavor. I did not have any room for dessert. Our waitress was attentive and checked in many times to make sure our drinks were filled and our food was correct.

We loved the customer service. The place was pretty cute, comfortable, and the food was pretty. We loved their loaves of bread and their home style fries. When we visit next year, this place will be on our list, especially around holiday time.

Came for dinner and dessert, and absolutely LOVED everything. It’s such a cute, intimate atmosphere. Meat pies were a great starter. Steaks were seasoned and cooked nicely, squash casserole and baked reg&sweet potatoes were delicious. Salads crisp. Desserts were yummy! Waitress Ella was so sweet and attentive! Overall very very happy with our experience here, and definitely would be back!
God bless!!

Enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. Wonderful place to have a get together with friends and family. Great spot on the strip in Nachitoches LA. We’ll certainly stop in for another round and it was worth the dirt wait to get a table for four. We enjoyed our visit and staff didn’t rush us out even though we stayed until almost closing. Great spot y’all. Thank you

Very clean restaurant and an attentive waitress who knew the difference between gulf shrimp and the Asian shrimp to include the laws of Louisiana. The grilled shrimp salad was perfectly cooked and we loved their recipe for the roumalade dressing. Farm to table for sure.
The bread oh my goodness we had to have another loaf brought to our table! Delish!
Highly recommend and I come from the area with some of the best food aka New Orleans.
Thank you for one of our favorite dining experiences!

We have stayed in Natchitoches for a few days and this place was the best place to eat out multiple locations we visited. (We are from Indiana). It was my first time trying Redfish and it was everything the hype said. The people working acted like they were serving from their home kitchen and made the place very comfortable.

Advertises as an upscale restaurant, but it is not. When the server asked how was my meal, I told her my redfish was dry and overcooked. The side dish of creamed spinach was stone cold. I ordered a dirty martini with bleu cheese olives which came out in a tiny plastic dixie cup. I asked for a martini glass, since clean martini glasses were on display in the bar, but the server copped an attitude saying something about customers taking off with the glasses. At that point I told her to take the drink back to the bar and told her it didn’t seem like an upscale restaurant if people ran off wirh the dishes. She never offered to make it right. She was annoyed and said it was An Upscale Restaurant. In my opinion NOT. Only the prices reflect “upscale” and not the food quality or service.. I usually tip 20% or over, but only tipped a little over 15%. This young waitress has no clue how upscale restaurants train servers. Do not recommend.
