Excellent authentic Mexican food. The lengua tacos were fantastic. My girlfriend said her shrimp tacos were also delicious, and she’s not even a huge Mexican food fan, so that must count for something!

Hello Foodies! On another adventure in Asbury Park. Found this place. It is pretty small and parking is on the street. They give good portions and the food was not bad. It was as expected, not very amazing, but good enough. The Cuban torta I thought was pretty good tho. They did take quite a while to seve the food after we ordered, but we were seated pretty quickly for a full day of customers, getting the last table available.

Both the tacos and the birria were very good. Food was fresh and hot. They were generous with the limes the mango milk shake was also very good. It’s a good option reasonably priced in Asbury Park.

Best most authentic mexican food in the area! It’s a small hole in the wall but I will gladly drive 25 minutes away just to come eat here. I had the carne asada (steak) tlayuda and it was phenomenal. All the ingredients, down to the beans and the crunchy tortilla tasted super fresh. My husband had their birria tacos and he absolutely loved them. Also try their aguas frescas, we loved the cucumber one! Definitely recommend.

I picked up a birria pizza here a few weeks ago and it was so delicious and so delightful if I could give it a higher rating I would. The meat was juicy, tender, cooked to perfection, very good portion size especially for the price. They didn’t skimp on anything, even the consume had a very generous amount of extra beef in it. The service was fast and easy, very kind staff and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving birria, looking forward to my next visit.
