I ate here by myself and the service as well as the food was top-tier! I had a steak burrito with no tomatoes, piña colada with no alcohol. They serve complementary chips and salsa while you wait. Everything was a 10 out of 10!

Affordable, and most authentic tacos I’ve had here in homestead. Their lengua is always tender, they give complementary chips and salsa, they’re generous with onions and cilantro which I love. It’s a small, family oriented atmosphere and they’re always very welcoming. The waitresses are kind and beautiful. And my homegirl only trust their tortas, the bread is always fresh and everything just comes together 10/10! Even when I DoorDash it’s super yummy.

The best food in homestead everything is fresh delicious every plate from Mayamex. I highly recommend this place it’s the real Mexican food and the piña colada is the only place That’s super delicious.

How can a restaurant beg you for a review but give bad service?? They charge you $12.99 for a plate that is not even worth $5 dollars. This plate does not fill up a toddler but yet they expect you to pay their price. I called to let them know my situation, and they don’t care. Then they try to trick me. Telling me to leave the review through the DoorDash app knowing that the review will go to DoorDash and not Towards them. It’s a shame to have restaurants like this stealing from people they should close them down.

I must say, I’ve never stepped into this restaurant, but order delivery from here frequently. This has to be, hands down, the best Mexican food in the Homestead/Florida City area. I have to go in one day to sit down to eat because the food from the delivery is impressive in presentation and absolutely delicious to eat. It always seems like an extra effort is put in the food with positive pride in what they are serving. It always tastes fresh, authentic, and deliciously homemade with love. If they are this good with delivery, I imagine they are even better if I showed up in person.
Please keep up the wonderful work. The tortas and fajitas are so good I crave them more often than any other types of food. As I write this, I’m waiting for my next torta order. You will see me and my man chowing down happily in there one day. Peace.

Good Mexican food, what I buy the most here is the beef soup, me and my mother love it from here. I have tried different dishes in the past and they are also good the food does not lack any flavor and you get a good portion. There is nothing bad I have to say about this place so far. It gets crowded on the weekends but I rather order mines though the phone and just pick it up for better convenience. So far the best restaurant in this area for me.
