I recently visited this food truck and absolutely loved it! The food is very yummy and full of flavor. Especially ghee karam idly is my favorite. I ordered Kaju Chicken pokara. Such a worst cooking skills. In Chicken pokora they just threw couple of kajus in it. Chicken is not fresh. Worst worst. Try to learn how to make Kaju chicken pokara and try to give fresh chicken. $12 worthless

I order through Uber eats. Let me tell you something uber might suck but the food didn’t disappoint. I ordered the Bezawada Boneless Chicken Biryani. When I tell you chefs kiss. I love the spice level. The chicken was tender and very flavorful. Rice was 10/10. I will must definitely be ordering again. Amazing

Mayabazar Food Truck was the perfect place to try new dishes that I was unfamiliar with. I had their chicken dosa. The delicious food came fast, and it seemed to be a popular place among locals. Service was amazing, and workers were open to sharing more about their cuisine.

We tried the masala dosa, chicken pulao and the paneer butter masala.
The pulao didn’t have much chicken in it, 3 pieces of bones and a lot of gravy to be exact and cost us $14.99.
The paneer butter masala was probably the best tasting dish out of them all but the portion size definitely shocked us. It had 5 small pieces of paneer and a little bit of gravy. I wouldn’t want to pay more than $5 for that whereas it was priced $9.99.
The dosa was good, a little more work could go into their sauces but its not bad.
Overall taste was alright but they definitely need to work on their portion sizes for the price they’re charging.
