So happy to see that this Cantonese restaurant is still doing great business. Extensive new menu and the food is delicious (I had the Cantonese pan fried chow mein with beef and Gai Lan (Chinese broccoli-Yummm). There are only a few Cantonese restaurants left in Chinatown and it is one of my favorite cuisines The interior of the restaurant has been updated and the menu has been updated so you really should take a second look at this vintage gem. When I am in Chinatown, I Will be looking to come back again all the time.

Yummy fresh seafood… I would strongly remember this restaurant for any families that traveled here for good meals. I loved how authentic those dishes were. Very reasonable prices as well. Must come back again ❤️

This place has great food and is very underrated. It’s a dying breed of hole in the wall Chinese restaurants that serve enormous portions, have everything on the menu, and don’t care about decor. We ordered traditional Chinese and American Chinese dishes and both were great. American Chinese General Tso’s chicken was crispy, tener, and saucy but not greasy. Cantonese vegetables here fresh, garlicky, and delicious. The steel plate eggplant melts in your mouth. Go here if you want to eat well.

Wonderful Dim sum experience with my daughter. Every tastes delicious and freshly made. We did ordered more than we needed but happy to have left overs for dinner.

Our visit was to celebrate the Chinese New Year and for my daughter to experience dim sum for the first time. All the staff where very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go there again.

A very nice dim sum place. They have a good selection of dim sum you can order with a good price. It’s quite authentic here. I really liked deep fried taro. It was very tasty. The staff here are very authentic (Asian auntie styles ). The atmosphere is generally okay for Chinese restaurant. Over, I would come back again.

The fact that this place has 2.7 stars on yelp is INSANE! Every dish we had was amazing. The stir fried noodles had amazing wok hei, the black pepper beef was super flavorful and all the dim sum items we had were excellent. I would definitely recommend this for everyone wanting some amazing Chinese food.

We heard that this restaurant has some great lunch deals so we decided to give it a try. There was no waiting when we arrived. Wow, they have many different rice and noodle dishes for $7.99. You can’t even buy a McDonald meal for this price. We tried 3 rice dishes with beef and ribs, and they were quite large. The quality was also very good. Food was fresh and hot. You can’t beat this at all. The restaurant itself is a bit dated but with their lunch specials, I have no issues with this. For about $10, you get a very good meal with tea. Give this a place a try next time when you are in Chinatown. Sorry I was too hungry so failed to take some pictures.

LOVE THIS PLACE, sooo underated!!!

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. It is one of the oldest restaurants in Chinatown. And I’m finally going to give them the review they deserve. I’m a total foodie and I always write reviews and this one is long overdue. I don’t give five stars easily but they deserve it.

The food quality is excellent, the customer service is great, portion sizes are generous and the prices are unbeatable.

We came on a Friday evening around 8:00 p.m. and we ordered the clams in the black bean sauce, the beef tenderloin on the sizzling skillet, snow peas with garlic (veggie), and the egg white beef soup.

Everything came out piping hot and super tasty. The beef tenderloin could have been cut a little bit more thinly because they gave us a thick cut of it but it was definitely tender just like it is described. It comes with sauteed onions on a super hot sizzling skillet and the sauce is very savory. The clams in the black bean sauce are very tasty too highly recommend. And I was pleasantly surprised at the egg white beef soup It tasted very light and very well seasoned. I love the addition of cilantro it really made the soup have a fresh taste. It wasn’t overly salty like other Asian restaurants make their soups. I highly recommend trying. We also ordered a veggie dish the snow peas with garlic which was flavorful and light, good veggie side dish.

I’ve also had their walnut shrimp in the past which is great and their pork and preserved egg congee is excellent!!! I’ve also had their dim sum here several times and it’s delicious as well.

You can’t go wrong here with any dish.
My favorite go-to is their congee on a cold day, they have different congee but you have to get it during the day as they don’t serve it during dinner time. And now their egg white beef soup will be added to my list!! It was so good.

The customer service is excellent, you’re seated immediately, they serve your food promptly and they’re constantly checking on you to see if you need anything. Great customer service like it should be.

The portion sizes for every dish are better than standard and very generous!!!! Great quality tasting food for the value. You can feed a lot of people with just three entrees and not spend a lot of money like you would at other restaurants in Chinatown.

The decor inside may not be the most updated like other restaurants but this restaurant is definitely a hidden gem tucked in between other restaurants right in the center of Chinatown.

Will definitely continue to come here! Customer for life!

Went there for lunch today. Someone helped with our drinks and that came fairly quick. The food kind of took a while and they were slowly bringing our orders out one by one. My friend ordered the duck with rice and the duck was barely warm. I ordered the pork with peppers and rice and it was decent. A LOT OF RICE though! We weren’t offered a refill on our drinks or helped in any other way. I asked for a to-go container and the man never came back with it and we sat waiting a while until we decided to just leave. My friend had to track someone down to give us the bill and even that took a while. That same man that served our food came to the front to take my payment. I paid and he handed me the receipt. I didn’t add a tip bc of how bad the services were. He said you didn’t add a tip, I said I know. I signed the receipt and he said it again. I ignore his comment bc I already spoke on it so I started to head out the door and he followed me almost outside hounding me about a tip! A tip that yall clearly didn’t deserve?? I have never had someone act that way after providing poor services. I paid for my food, be glad I didn’t walk out. I always tip but this place did NOT deserve anything more than what I paid already.
