Saturday early dinner my husband and I were seated immediately. Once we were greeted by our waitress, after the bar tender noticing we had not been helped yet and took our drink order. She placed our food order. The waitress was friendly. And made sure we had what we needed. Making sure we were enjoying our food options.
We ordered the Drunken Mussels and Bruschetta. And The Bronx for our pie. Pizza was amazing and I want to come back to try additional options.

The drunken mussels were amazing the bruschetta was top notch and the pizza was fantastic. At first service was questionable but when the bar tender took our drink order and notified the waitress she had a table things fell right into place. Thank you for a good food.

I had no idea that Maxwell’s was on Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive In’s and Dives which featured their giant 10 ounce meatball, but a friend said we had to check out their pizzas. There are some tasty choices with great names, one I thought was really cool. It’s their Hawaiian pizza named “Eddie Would Go” a nice homage to Eddie Aikau. (If you know, you know.) We first ordered up a Johnny’s IPA and our server, Alejandra, who was really fun, recommended I try the local Hooker Blonde by Park City Brewery. A great easy drinking beer. We struggled to pick a pie but finally decided on the Italian Stallion which had pepperoni, Italian sausage and chicken. I’ve never had chicken on a pie before, but it was very good. The crust was right in my wheelhouse, not too thin, a nice chew, and a few bubbles in the crust. We polished it off along with two side salads. I overheard someone order a Caliente Margarita and watched the bartender make it with muddled jalapeño slices. Yup, I had to try it.  The muddled jalapeños gave it a nice spicy kick. This is a great place and maybe next time I try the Triple D highlighted giant meatball!

Pretty decent food. I’m not a huge pizza fan so chose the Philly. One of the best I’ve had. Salad was average. I really wish places would consider cutting the lettuce just a bit more. I also prefer my salad before my meal. The service was good.

Excellent food, superb service!
I can say with confidence that you can pretty much order anything on Maxwell’s and you’d be thoroughly satisfied!
From the moment you step through the doors, you’re greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance is great, and the portions are super generous and exactly what you need after a long day.
And the cherry on top was Lina, our server, who was just the sweetest, friendliest, and most proactive person ever. She made our time in Park City incredible special. She’s Brazilian, and we had a blast just talking to her!

I was hoping for a much better experience than I had. The Philly cheese came highly recommended. I was disappointed. We saw the waitress 3 times. I watched the waitress eat something from a container at the bar I know it had limes in it but I don’t know what the waitress ate. She then goes over to the soda machine to “rinse” her hands. That is completely unacceptable. My date had a pasta dish that was really good. Much better than the Philly cheese. Don’t think it’s worth the almost 45 minute drive to Park City to go back. I hope the management reads the reviews and takes the criticism seriously. It was really not a bad experience. It was just disappointing for me.

We stopped in before the Jazz game for a quick bite and a drink, and I absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was cozy and fun, the food was genuinely wonderful, and my margarita was fantastic. Our server was quick, pleasant, and honestly the cherry on top of the whole experience. Such a great little spot to hit before a game, we’ll definitely be back.

For my first visit back to Maxwells in several years, I got a Goodfella’s slice to go and it really hit the spot after a long ski day. What they do really well is giving a very large portion, generously loading the pizza with toppings, and baking the crust to perfection, with crispy edges and a soft interior. What it lacked though was enough sauce. The sauce tasted fine, but there was almost none to be found! With such a skimpy serving of sauce, it just felt like the pizza was kind of incomplete. Either way, the pizza was good and it will always be a PC staple.

If you like massive pizzas and bar food then this is THE place to go. It’s got great vibes if you have the right people with you and the pizzas are absolutely massive.

The best part is that they let you split your pizzas into different flavors, which allows you to have a ton of variety.

Overall, fun spot, lots of drinks, and good pizza.
