I think I’ve left a review before, but I can’t say enough good things! The biggest Julienne Salad I’ve ever seen! House sauce for wings is on point. Loaded fries are great, with REAL, big pieces of bacon. Weck rolls perfectly even with salt and seeds, with tender beef in between. And the cook?? Cody is what brings us back weekly. He is professional, friendly, and great at his job. No photos because it didn’t last long enough.

What a cool secret gem! Came for lunch on a Friday and had the fish fry. My piece of fish was so big it was juicy in the middle and crispy on the outside it was delicious. My husband got the fish and shrimp and was equally as pleased. What’s more impressive than how amazing the food was was the price. We had two dinners more food than we could possibly eat, two cocktails and a beer for $40 INSANE! We sat in the bar, the bartender was so sweet and attentive and the atmosphere was fun. My only regret is that I didn’t know this place was here earlier.

An excellent half pound Burger. Really enjoyed it. The wait staff is pleasant, but not particularly prompt. And the place was pretty empty while I was there. Sweet potato fries are perfect, and served with honey as God intended.

We saw an add on facebook for National Chicken Wing day with a bunch of different restaurants and decided to try this place out as they were offering $0.50 chicken wings. We arrived and were kind of condused what door to walk into. But once we figured it out, we walked in and it felt like we were in a flea market from 1970.. it was actually pretty cool. We then got inside the bar and took a seat. There was about 5 people at the bar, and 6 people at tables. Took us about 10 minuts to finally be setved but after that it was great. We each ordered a burger and some wings. The burger for as plain as it was (cheese and bacon) was one of Theee best burgers ive ever had. It hit the spot. The wings were very good too, came out crispy just like i asked for. We will 100% be back here for more food/drinks in the future.. maybe just walk around with a duster though so the cob webs dont fall in peoples food while they are eating.

Went for dinner on a Monday night which conveniently was .50 wing night. they are for a variety of flavors and preparations for the wings which were great and I tried the House sauce and medium. Both were good with the house sauce being the stand out for me. It sort of had a honey sweetness to it but I can’t pin down one of the other flavors there. I could of taken the wings a bit crispier, but if I were to return I’d just asked for that next time. Despite how busy it was and a special for the night, it didn’t take long for the wings to come out.

Also had a beer which was cheap. My service experience was pretty standard. I ordered at the bar and my food was brought to my table. They did check in on me at the table and I just paid at the bar when I was done eating. Note this place is cash only.

Our waitress was extremely friendly. The food was great. My husband had a burger and I had Parmesan chicken wings. The wings are the best I have found in the area. The atmosphere is very unique.

When you drive by local restaurants on off-season weekdays and there are a lot of cars outside, you should check them out. That’s how we found Maxwell Station. And I’m so glad we did! We got the French onion soup, wings, the beef pot pie and sweet potato fries. Everything was delicious and our server Brenda, who was working the whole place, which is not that small, was awesome! I don’t know how much she’s getting paid, but Brenda definitely deserves a raise.
There was live music by McHenry and Baz, which was lovely and apparently lots of other things happen here, including a weekly Zumba class.

When you walk in you’re instantly hit with overwhelming scents of ammonia and mold. The bathroom urinal has a large sheet of cardboard covering an out of order relic. Very poorly maintained. The elderly woman bartending was rude and condescending. I’d like to say there are better options in the area but unfortunately that’s not the case, it’s a ran down ghost town. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The food was ok. Our server was very nice. Place seems a bit run down. Only accepts cash. This restaurant was recommended to us by a winery we visited, but we probably wouldn’t go again.

We went here early in the afternoon on the day of the solar eclipse. We ordered 30 chicken wings and a large seasoned curly fry. The fries were cooked perfectly. We tried three different sauces. Hot, house, and honey barbecue. The hot were more on the medium side. The house sauce I definitely enjoyed and would recommend to anyone trying their chicken wings. The honey barbecue was also good. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend trying this restaurant if you’re in the area.
