When I hear in the news about Max’s opening in fort Apache near Russell I did jump
In and went to the Max’s Restaurant as soon as we walk in the staff are friendly Justin told us to wait for the server but after a few minutes he took out order and we ask around near our table what is the best to order so talk of the table Chicken so we ordered Whole Chicken and Kare-Kare
With the salty small fish (Bagoong) the server are both Kenshin and Justin are very polite and the service was descent

What an incredible experience. It was my husband’s first Max Restaurant experience in Las Vegas. We enjoyed it, priced reasonably. The chicken was incredibly good, amazing taste that will appeal to even the average American. Perfect traditional and modern decor, great ambiance, elevator music but pleasant. Every dish tasted like it was prepared thoughtfully, with that warm, homemade quality you don’t find everywhere. The dine-in experience was relaxed and enjoyable, and the staff was attentive and friendly without hovering. Nothing felt rushed, which made it easy to really enjoy the meal. The place is small but modern and homey. Staff are very friendly everyone was smiling. Tried chicken, bulalo, lumping ubod and bulaklak did not disappoint. Oh and the pork barbecue meat is so tender and taste is very good. Will definitely be back!
