I came on a whim for lunch and ordered a bunch of food. I ordered half of the fried chicken, bulalo, pansit palabok, garlic fried rice and maja Blanca for dessert. The food tasted good it came quick as well. However the pansit palabok was lacking the sauce it was a bit dry and asked to have more sauce added, which they did. Also the maja Blanca was a little dry and too dense

Max’s Restaurant definitely brings some comforting Filipino flavors. The fried chicken really reminds you of the Philippines, and the pork BBQ was a standout favorite. The daing na bangus was good, and the crispy pata was okay. Unfortunately, the nilaga was oddly too gingery, and the sisig was a bit disappointing.

Service-wise, Royce did his best to keep up with our drinks and was attentive. However, even though the food was pre-ordered, it still didn’t come out as quickly as expected. By the time the rest of the dishes arrived, we were already full, which was a letdown. Overall, a mix of highs and lows, but still a decent experience.

Staff are very friendly and attentive.
The Crispy Pata and garlic fried rice were delish!! The dipping sauce for the pata, however, tasted weird compared to what I’m used to. The pinakbet and pancit sotanghon (supposed to be bihon) were meh. Adding patis didn’t improve it. They didn’t have their mango sticky rice dessert which I was looking forward to. The tables need major cleaning or resurfacing. It felt dirty and sticky.

Don’t even waste your time coming here. When we walked in the lady told us there was a 15-20 minute wait time which seemed fine. Instead we ended up waiting 50 minutes with five groups in front of us.

I noticed that there were multiple empty tables yet there were still many people waiting to be seated.

Once seated we waited an additional 20 minutes to get our orders taken. They informed us that they were out of Pancit, Lumpia, and other items.

The Kare Kare and the fried chicken were decent but nothing special and definitely not worth the wait. The Sisig was decent. You’re much better off cooking at home at that point. The only thing that I enjoyed was the halo halo.

I’d assume they may be understaffed and I don’t want to be too demanding of a customer. At the same time, there are multiple issues that need to be improved before opening up.

As a Filipino I was disappointed and I hope they will improve as a restaurant. Even still, I definitely won’t come back.

Delicious Filipino food just outside of the strip. This place is authentic and you know it’s good when over half the diners are Filipino.
The food is so flavorful. Everything came out fresh and hot. It all had its own unique flavor and definitely worth trying.

Came to Vegas and saw this spot. I’ve been craving Filipino Food. It has a cool atmosphere and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The service wasn’t the best nor the worst. It took a while for us to get seated.

We ordered the Whole Chicken with Garlic Rice, Pork Barbecue Skewers and Lechon Kawali. I did not care for the fried chicken. It tastes like the chicken we make at home so nothing special. The Lechon Kawali was really good but the Pork Barbecue Skewers were the best! I can order a bunch of skewers and be completely satisfied!

This is the first time we went to this restaurant. We wanted to try the Filipino food. There was a short 10-minute wait which went by very quickly. The server was fabulous. Very kind and very helpful in choosing some entrees. We had fresh lumpiang which I announcing sauce and was delicious and fresh. We also had pancid Canton. It was also very good but could use more proteins. They were not plentiful. I would go back again and try other items. We are not Filipino so we are looking forward to enjoying more Philippine cuisine entrees.
