Every dish, every time, is crafted from the ground up and bursting with creativity – consistently prepared with the freshest of ingredients, and best of ingredients that can be found locally. The aromas fill the restaurant as the martini and wine bar serves up a variety of hand-shaken martinis along with an extensive offering of wines by the glass or bottle. As seasons change, so will the fresh fish and produce delivered each morning defining Max’s seafood special for the day. From day-boat scallops harvested fresh to the center cut of a filet where size and shape are exacted by hand, we promise a unique dining experience.

Wow! Food was incredible and our server was a delight. Even the art on the walls was fun. Best Italian lunch/dinner I have had in a long time! My husband loved the ahi tostada and I had the shrimp papadelle puttanesca. Both were fantastic. Also loved the brussel sprouts and molten chocolate cake.

What a great place! We are a family of 5. We ordered Brussels sprouts, shrimp, and a charcuterie board for appetizers, and each of us chose different main dishes. The portions are quite large, so consider sharing. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the service was amazing. Thank you, Mai, for your fantastic service and memory in remembering all our orders! For dessert, we had crème brûlée and bread pudding, both of which were delicious as well.

The fillet was like butter in my mouth and it was so well seasoned. Vegetables were perfectly cooked. Tender but still had bite. Great drinks. And my chicken marsala was so yummy. You will never be disappointed with the truffle fries, they’re absolutely addicting. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful restaurant! This is becoming one of our favorite places.
They are very consistent, we did Valentine’s Day at max bistro this year and they did not disappoint!
I got lobster tail with the filet mignon, both were cooked to perfection a very good mashed potatoes and asparagus to go with it.
My Wife did the fillet with a different au gratin style potato dish and asparagus was absolutely delicious .
Bartender knows what they’re doing , Lemon drops are a dangerous must have, the old-fashions are delicious as well.
We got a handmade seasonal pie for dessert, very good, comes out warm with a nice ice cream. A good end of the meal.
Overall atmosphere was very relaxing
Our server was very attentive and friendly, she explained the menu when asked and was available every time we needed her.
If I were to give 1 negative it would be for their seating it’s a little congested, but that’s a very minimal complaint
Max bistro did not disappoint. We will be back for continued support. Keep up the hard work.
Update 3-16 same good service, a little disappointed in my Austrian wagyu ribeye, it came pretty charred , had good flavor but also a slight burnt taste….. drinks seemed to be mellower than normal, maybe a new bar tender

Just not the same as when they were newly opened. Took Deli away witch made the experience unique. For a first time dinner. Yes its good. But the menue never changes and food is same all there competitors. NOT UNIQUE ENOUGH anymore. They need to stand out.

Food – we started with calamari, which was great, fresh, and crisp. I had the kobe meatloaf, which many reviewers seemed to like. For me, the meatloaf was good but a little underwhelming in terms of flavor. For dessert, we had the toffee bread pudding, which was truly fantastic.
I am interested to go back and try other dishes.
