Really good food and many healthy choices. Offering potato OR fruit was lovely. All the multi-grain choices and not automatically buttering things made this a place I can keep to my food plan easily which makes me want to come back! Attentive, but not overbearing service and very friendly place.

Nice choice for a hearty breakfast in a family restaurant starved area. Little more pricey for the portions than comparable restaurants, though but lots of unusual selections so nice to have options and worth a bit extra.
Seems like they may be short staffed, as are most places but they recently changed to pay at the table and we waited just shy of 20 minutes for a bill and never got drink refills which is a pet peeve of mine.
We are understanding of these issues and will go back hoping to get the breakfast served as requested and more timely attendance.

Audubon Society Nature Center employee recommended this restaurant to my Mom & I. I had a special with 2 pieces French Toast, 2 bacon strips, 2 sausage, links, scrambled eggs, glass of water, and orange juice. Will come back on vacation another time. Very tasty. Highly recommend.

Back again to the lovely American style breakfast, where the quantity and quality matter as much as the hospitality.
The big menu has a variety of sweet bakeries (pancakes, crepe, waffles, but you should try the delicious Berry Blintzes).
Omelets and skillets are rich with protein and veggies. Breakfast, brush, and lunch are served there, with coffee being served and refilled all the time.
Worth trying! It is now one of my fav spots, and there is always a place to sit since it is quite spacious and well sunlit.

The service was amazing. They sent me more food than I ordered. I’m very satisfied the banana split waffle was so delicious and the side of bacon and eggs really topped it off. Thank you for the wonderful experience and tasty food!

This place was wonderful! The service here was great and the waitstaff was very kind as well. The food here was wonderful and the atmosphere was great! The portions you get here are good as well. I would suggest coming here if you’re thinking about it! You may want to make reservations since they’re usually packed in the morning.

Maxfield’s was excellent! I came with my wife, son, and parents. We all really enjoyed our meals. My son had the kid’s French toast, which he devoured. The rest of us had omelettes and skillets that we absolutely loved. The side of pancakes was great, too. Rest assured you won’t leave hungry. The staff was friendly and accommodating as well. We’ll definitely be back soon!
