We spent our Valentine’s Day at the hotel and had dinner and breakfast at Max. Our food was good, a rib eye and a chicken with prosciutto. Drinks were tasty and a creme brule for dessert. With V Day, it was very busy, so the service was a bit slow, but the servers did a great job. All in all, a fun staycation evening and a great deal with their Valentine’s package.

Overall, I had a very good experience at MAX at Mirabeau. This was my first time dining here, and the food was really good — exactly what I was craving. The atmosphere was nicely done and made for an enjoyable meal.
The service was attentive, and our server was friendly. The only small piece of feedback I have is that he repeatedly referred to us as “guys” instead of “ladies,” which didn’t quite fit the otherwise polished experience. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.
Other than that, everything was great, and I would happily come back again.

Stayed for the valentines package and had an amazing dinner! They were so busy but still made for an amazing experience and even gave us an appetizer for free because of the wait. I hope they do this every year!

Max at Maribou delivered an unforgettable afternoon from start to finish. The atmosphere is simply exquisite—elegant yet inviting, with a refined charm that makes you want to stay all night.
The staff were not only incredibly friendly and attentive, but also quite easy on the eyes—definitely a bonus! They made the experience feel personal and polished without being overbearing.
The wait for the food was surprisingly short considering the quality, and every dish was plated with care and full of flavor. You can tell this place takes pride in what they serve.
Highly recommend for a date night, celebration, or just a classy night out—you won’t be disappointed!

The food and the service was amazing! The only thing was the bar that was close by and people were a little loud watching the game. Otherwise, it was a beautiful time.

Having never been to MAX we had no idea what to expect, but from the time we were seated to the time we cashed out, the entire experience was fantastic!
We each got a drink that was a good price (come early for happy hour specials!), but an ever better taste, and buzz! The atmosphere was upscale but still very comfortable, without feeling too “uppity” or boujee.
My wife ordered the salmon which was absolutely delicious, with a side of asparagus that was cooked to perfection (I’ve never once said that about asparagus, but it was true in this case!) And while I “only” got a burger, the MAX burger was cooked to perfection on a delicious ciabatta bun, with the best fries julliene fries I’ve ever had.
As someone who worked in restaurants for many years, to say this dining experience was excellent would be an understatement.
Whether going out for a special occasion or just a casual night out, come check out MAX! You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely love the max! From breakfast to dinner and EVERYTHING in between, they knock the food out of the park with staff and presentation. Great atmosphere, great food, amazing drinks. One of my favorites when anywhere close in the area.

I’m very impressed by the Max Restaurant at Mirabeau! Grandma & I stopped in for breakfast on 6/6/25. Jeremy was our server and he was outstanding. He checked on us multiple times, and kept Grandma’s coffee full and hot. The food was also incredible. I had the breakfast buffet, which is the best in town. Grandma had Huckleberry waffles, and she raved about how good they were. Thank you to Jeremy, and all Max staff who made our breakfast top notch.

The Max at the Mirabeau in Spokane was absolutely wonderful. The mimosas were amazing, and the omelettes were just as good. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for when you sit down for a relaxed meal.
What really stood out was the experience as a whole. They made our time together as a family feel special, especially being right before Christmas. It was warm, welcoming, and never felt rushed, which made it easy to just enjoy being together. The server was great, checked on us a fair amount of time, took pictures for us and did it all with a smile on her face.
Everything from the food to the service was on point. Easy five stars and a place we’ll definitely return to.
