Hello people!! Take a look at this place. It’s obviously a low buck semi-fast food place. I mean, 2 dogs for less than 5$. Server had zero personality. I had a chili cheese dog, and a Chicago dog. They were ok. It has different sandwiches, and soups. (Didn’t try em) I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.

For what it is this place is top notch. I appreciate fine dining as much as the next gourmet, but this is truck stop. I feel bad for the people who give this place terrible reviews, their lives must be rough. That explains why they get bad service, they must treat the staff like trash. Sure the underpaid ONLY lady doing EVERYTHING isn’t always chipper, but if you’re genuinely nice it brightens her day and the interaction is much more pleasant. If you want some good but cheap and fairly basic quick food that’s infinitely better than generic chains, this is it. The Chicago dog is on point. BTW, it’s so cheap that it’s cash only.

Well first of all they have the most miserable old lady they could find working there and then for 2 chili cheese dogs with the tiniest stripe of sauce and cheese she could do.. God forbid!! Was 5.40 or something! What a ripoff for 2 dogs! Never again don’t go there!

Food is good for the price, but the older lady that works there is always in a piss poor mood. My brother and I ordered 4 plain dogs and a drink to go. I was about a buck short. Of course being cash only had to go out and grab a dollar from my truck. I hear under her breath “oh my god” and rolled her eyes at us. We paid our bill and went on with our day. Not saying everyone has a great day everyday but just greet people with a smile. Absolutely horrible service!

If I could give half stars, I would. We were the only ones in there for the first 5 minutes. Then a family came in. I noticed 2 others get take out. While the lady running the place was very friendly, she was cussing horribly. I myself couldn’t care less but there was a young child in there.
This restaurant was not the cleanest. The lady running the place was on her phone a lot. After she was done with the take out orders, I noticed that she was playing with her nose ring. I didn’t see her wash her hands.
Now for the food. I noticed that there was maybe a dozen hotdogs just chilling on the side of the grill. A bag of fries was sitting out in front of the fryer. They were no longer frozen. The chili was about room temp and the cheese was in a squeeze bottle that was sitting next to the grill. The cold unit was hanging open the whole time we were there. My soda, Dr. Pepper tasted like mildew smells.
We hardly ate anything. It was terrible. I know you get what you pay for but cleaning and safe food prep is mandatory. If the place was cleaned up and the food made fresh or in proper warmers/coolers, I would probably love this place.
In my recent experience,I would say avoid eating there or don’t. That’s completely up to you.

Once was enough. Should’ve read the reviews. Gyro served COLD, Stale Stiff pita. 2 chili cheese dogs mustard & onions. Seemed like Oscar Mayer Weiner, supermarket chili out of a can, with squirted cheese whiz, as if it were mustard. Soggy limp fries. $18. The only good thing was the friendly service & the Tzatziki Sauce. Mavericks owner/mgr. Would you honestly serve this food to your family?
