Unbelievably good food! It’s been 3 weeks now and we’re back home still comparing everything to our burgers, grilled cheese, and chicken fried steak. I’ve never had a chicken fried steak that tender before. Texas doesn’t know how to do it right I guess. Highly recommend!

Mavericks Grille is everything you want in a mountain restaurant. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and perfectly fits the setting, making it an ideal spot to relax after a day outside. The green chili is hands down the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, tender, and clearly high quality, with portion sizes that are generous and satisfying. On top of the amazing food, the service was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Mavericks Grille is a must stop and easily one of the best meals we’ve had in the mountains.

This local restaurant is a real gem. The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with care, and the green chili is outstanding—rich, comforting, and packed with just the right amount of heat. What really made the experience special, though, was the service. Our server was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, which made the whole meal even more enjoyable. Great food, great atmosphere, and great people—we’ll definitely be coming back.

Great place to eat. Got to try some wild game meatloaf. See picture for ingredients. Very tasty food. I also ordered the bourbon pecan pie and it was delicious. Very fun atmosphere with friendly staff and people at other tables interacting with each other while playing trivia games. Great experience overall while passing through. Thanks.

A great comfort food spot in Granby. They have a green chili they make daily that was fantastic! I chose the Santa Fe burger, loaded with green chilies and cheese. Hubby got the Farmer McGregor salad that came with a tasty raspberry vinaigrette.

Was excited for the Rocky Mountain Fried Oysters but unfortunately was super chewy. The Beast Burger was F’n Awesome! Service was maybe a new guy but you got 6 people doing absolutely nothing. 3 people came to tell us they forgot our order and they were gonna make it right. Two people in the lobby can’t take payments or do anything. Everything was on one kid trying his best and I feel like whoever is in charge let that poor kid down because he was trying and they dropped 3 more tables on him while he was by himself outside. Would order the Burger again but maybe To Go next time I’m up there.

Older restaurant. Not much to speak about for atmosphere. Looks like they do live music sometimes, but not the night we visited. The food was pretty good. Tried the meatloaf. Great flavor but a little dry/tough but the gravy helped though. I’d order it again. It came with fresh green beans and mashed potatoes. We also tried the mushroom Swiss burger with fries with was also pretty good. The Colorado Cowgirl was probably the best dish that hit the table. It was delicious! Ordered the homemade chips with it which were also good. $71 for 3 people for sandwiches/burgers but I think that’s about average for the area. 1 waitress to service the entire restaurant. She did a great job and was really nice.

Great food. Great staff. Great dining room. All our food was prepared correctly – and was really top notch. Meatloaf is amazing… and I usually hate meatloaf. Tried a bit from a friend and will get that next time. Server/host was going at a blazing pace… and did not mess up ANYTHING.

My family and I had mixed feelings in our review for this restaurant. I must say the green chilli soup is awesome and per the reviews. The roll was not good though and I found the skin too thick and I wasn’t a fan of the fried chicken wings. My husband and son had the burger and it was just okay according to them. Service was excellent though.
