We visit this place for the first time yesterday, I’m not Venezuelan but OMG, love this food, yes this is very high quality food and amazing, I read all the negative reviews before I come, but pictures I saw look so good that I decided to give it a try and it was amazing, prices might be at little high but worth it…for sure we are going back. UPDATE:
If you pay with card the tip is not optional! When the option comes up in the terminal they add the tip themselves, would not let you decide. The original bill was 96 but they charged us 110
The food is amazing, the environment too! They have live music every weekend which is a huge bonus
The customer service, on the other hand, is terrible! Even when they do not have that many customers they mess up the orders, they give you whatever they want and they try to charge for what you order plus what they give you.
They can also take forever to prepare the food, we understand most of the dishes are freshly cooked, but taking up to 45/50 minutes and not even serving the drinks?????
And this was a day that they did not had that many customers!
Last weekend we came, they were jammed and still was a better experience than today. Really sad that the manager cares so little about customer service
