I placed an order at oneil court and my hot dog was nasty the chili was old. The ribs was cooked days ago and the fries were stale. The had and rice taste like vinegar and my Mac and cheese was missing. I beg every person Not to go to this location. The FOOD WAS HORRIBLE AND IM PISSED.

Food is quite good, but you can’t count on them being open. On two occasions I drove to pick up some barbecue and they were not open as they advertised. Today was one of those days. It will be a while before I try them again.

The Mac and cheese is really liquidy. When I mentioned it, the manager said he doesn’t know what to tell me because it came like this from the plant. My boyfriend’s mac and cheese has no liquid.
I don’t usually publicly complain about bad food when I’m eating out. It’s the bad customer service for me. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
I asked the manager for fried okra instead. He said ok, but didn’t put my order in. I asked the cashier instead, but it came as we were leaving.
Not only is their customer service terrible and the food is bad, but the manager also locked everyone in the dining room an hour before closing. I’m pretty sure that’s against fire code.

Be aware that this location now charges 55 cents for a side of bbq sauces. I’ve been to all locations in Columbia for 20 yrs and never been charged. There is no sign for this change and the employee couldn’t tell me when this change occurred. Something so small to loose customers over is ridiculous.

Really delicious BBQ, I stumbled upon the place one evening didn’t have a clue. I just rember it wasn’t far off of I-2O I remember the bldg. Got the kids meal. The rib was fall off the bone. I when back when The exit was 2 notch Rd. Happy Happy. & Very nice staff it was mid afternoon.

We were here from out of town and I’m quite disappointed with restaurant. It was recommended by others. The wait time was very slow. I only received 2 hush puppies with my combination order and the ribs I ordered were very small. Luckily, after talking to a friend, we were referred to another bbq restaurant and the food quality and quantity was actually worth the time and money we paid. I don’t think we will be back there.

Bbq wasn’t fresh, my fries were fresh but they didn’t have any taste to them! Also, it was a piece of hair inside my drink! Don’t waste your money at this location!
